David Wilkes Builder was founded by David and Catherine Wilkes who both have the experience, knowledge, skills, and credentials to lead their team of professionals. David graduated from Wolverhampton University’s School of Engineering and the Built Environment in England which is the most respected engineering and construction program in the country. He is also a green building professional and specializes in environmentally sound practices. He is currently a member of the Austin chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). He is also currently serving on the Building Committee for the Paramount Theatre. Catherine grew up observing his father’s practice in home remodeling in Louisiana. After receiving her BA in Advertising from Louisiana State University and her MBA from St. Edward’s University, she decided to obtain her LEED AP credentials to support the company’s mission to build green. She is currently serving on the Central Texas Home Builders Association, the Custom Builders and Remodelers Council Steering Committee, and on the Education and Outreach Committee for the Paramount Theatre.
