However, we occasionally build new homes with the same care and attention to detail, meaning you can expect the same high-quality house. Our tiny homes offer many amenities, including smart siding, solid maple wood 42-inch cabinets, ceiling fans, bathrooms, an art niche, and water-resistant flooring. At Texas Hills Country Cottage, we believe in quality over quantity. We don’t follow the pack. We use upgraded materials and work only with licensed contractors to build superior homes to our competitors. Our standard homes are available with built-in upgrades.
