The land is not included in the price of our homes, and the prices that are listed below reflect the prices for Duchess County, Rockland County, and Orange County in the state of New York. The Hawk's Nest is our newest addition to our collection of house plans, and it is an enormous 3,200 square feet in size. It has five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, storage space in the basement and in the attic, and more. As an optional upgrade, this layout provides the option of a mother-daughter apartment on the ground floor.

We perform our own site work, and we have a network of excellent surveyors, electricians, plumbers, framers, roofers, and insulators. In addition, we work with a top-tier architect.
