The whole process, from the time we first sat down with a sales representative to the time we took possession of our home, was smooth. Great communication all around, the project manager kept us well informed of progress and our service representative responded to any question without hesitation. The house that was built for us is perfect. I cannot stress how well the experience was, nor the service.

They have helped us along the way after building the house pretty fast, given all the challenges with building a house these days. Even afterwards, they've made sure we're comfortable & settled in. Very friendly & helpful staff.

We started off by just looking one day and met up with Jeff at the model in Silvergrass and three hours later ended up buying it! He was very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He helped us every step of the way including always being available to answer texts or calls. Highly recommend Jeff as a allen edwin homes!

The builder shared with us weekly report from "foundation to completion" about our zoom home to be built during the Covid-19 season. Even on his vacation leave, he will tell us about the upcoming proceeding, when he returns to resume the development of our new home. When there were delays of building equipments from China (due to Global Shipment supply chain delay in 2022), he assured us that he & his team builders are moving forward and will get our new home done as soon as possible "without sacrificing quality." We are very please with Allen Edwin Homes Builders!
