I cannot say enough about the Beazer team we dealt with during our new townhome purchase. Rob Law (sales) was outstanding; very attentive to our needs. He is a true professional. Trey Peck was our primary contact for the building process; he too was outstanding. Providing weekly updates on the build progress and very responsive to our questions and requests. Buying a home remotely can be a stressful endeavor but the Beazer team made it a (surprisingly) pleasant process.

We have been in our new home about a month now. The timeline for the build was a little longer than anticipated but the home as a finished product is awesome. We have had a few hiccups with things like the oven not working 100%, and Beazer has jumped on each issue to make sure it was addressed and we were satisfied with their response time. Overall, it has been a great experience and a really nice home.

Everyone at Beazer, the whole crew, from the ladies in the sales office to the guys overseeing the construction was great to deal with. Every question asked was answered swiftly. No guess work through out the whole buying process. They made sure any issues were resolved quickly. I didn't really know how to get the solar system up and running, Larry helped get that going. There were minor issues with little things in the house, Carl and Tony got on top of it. That's what matters...the point after. Not just selling you the house at the beginning.

Overall had a great experience with everyone in this community. I had consistent communication before closing (Tiffany was on TOP of it!) and Carl was also always very friendly. After closing, there were some issues which took some time to get fixed. However, once I was assigned to Tony for after-care assistance - he was amazing!! He is really on top of all the issues and gets things done really well. He is always on property and checking up on everyone. I would definitely recommend Gardenia to anyone looking for a well-made townhome.

We have bought 12 new homes in our lives and this was the best experience of all. Angela made the purchase very easy. She was very knowledgeable and was always there for any questions we had. Vito the customer service manager is by far the best person we have ever delt with for making things right in our new home. He is genuinely concerned about our needs and a joy to work with. By far the best built home I have owned thus far. Beazer offered a great value per square foot and allowed us to customize finishes throughout. Shelley and Garrick were awesome to work with and they both went above and beyond during the entire process

I purchased a new buikd townhome in The Ridge and the team at Beazer was terrific. Hats off especially to Patty and Mike who led the construction efforts. They kept me informed, followed-up, and had extremely high standards for the finish work and detail. The walk through was informative and well done and the final product was better than expected. I truly only have positive things to say about the entire home buying experience, Beazer was the best choice for us especially as a first time home buyer! The process from signing contract to moving in was a breeze and the entire Beazer team made us feel so welcomed, anytime we had questions they were happy to answer them. The home buying process was a much smoother process than I had initially thought. Cynthia showed several homes, we discussed the numbers, and a contract was started right away. I was surprised that in under a couple of hours I was getting the house I wanted. The quality of my new home is exceptional. I am a first-time home owner but I am not new to homes. This home is absolutely perfect for me and it is just what I wanted. It is spacious; I love the large windows in all the rooms, the kitchen layout is easy to maneuver and more than enough space for preparing large meals. The materials are of excellent quality throughout the entire home; stone, tile and wooden floors are attributes that makes this home impressive. My experience with the builder’s team has been nothing but a pleasure. Shawn has been absolutely a life saver. He is always there and is able to address my concerns within the same day, if not the following day. He is attentive, knowledgeable and personable. There has not been an issue that he has not been able to address with professionalism and patience. Josh and Coltin were the best in helping us in every step of the process and after we got into our home. They went above and beyond in making sure that everything in the house was working properly. They even took the time to fix one of the problems themselves! Best home buying experience ever!!

Beazer Homes has a reputation for building quality construction homes. Their skilled craftsmanship and commitment to customer service were very impressive. Even when I moved in, they responded to my request in a timely manner, and I never felt abandoned after buying a house. I will definitely be recommending Beazer to my family and friends.

We finally have a house that we call HOME! And thanks to Beazer Homes from doing tour with the model homes upto closing and handing our keys. The process was very smooth and everyone was very helpful from start to finish. Our house is perfect! I highly recommend Beazer Homes, my family and I are so grateful to Beazer Homes for the great journey and experience.

This is my 3rd time building a home, and this was leaps and bounds the best experience I had. The sales team (Ken) was thorough and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the process and available options to my wife and me. The design center staff took their time, listened to what we wanted, and made sure the options presented fit in our budget. Our building superintendent (Dave) went well above and beyond. Even though we don’t live locally, we never felt out of the loop, nor did we have any misunderstandings in the schedule. He (Dave) provided a comprehensive pre-build explanation of the build process, provided routine schedule updates, met with me in person to complete multi-stage walk downs, and completed follow ups post move in. Now, I'm not an idealist, and having built 2 other homes, I know not everything goes according to plan or will be 100% perfect. However, Beazer has made every effort to address all of my concerns and warranty claims in a timely manner. ... More

Overall the experience was great. Especially with the Sales Person (KIM) and Construction Manager (John) and the Interior design Manger. They are all Phenomenal on their work and support. Kim was extraordinary and highly knowledgeable and helps to the core and was so Down to Earth. John is a very supporting Manager and helps to fix all issues that we face with a smiling face. Very Responsible. People and process management are really great in Beazer. Areas for Improvement: 1. Quality of Cabinets, Doors, Door Frames are too compromising and not up to the quality. 2. Finishing touch ups and clean ups were missing. 3. Carpet quality would have been better ( compared with other builders) 4. Lawn grass is not that good quality ( as compared with competitor's (Trophy)) Dear Beazer, please upgrade or move to a diff vendor for your cabinets / Doors / Carpet / Grass Irrigation etc to find yourself with UTMOST quality. ... The buying stage was 7/10. The building stage was 8/10. The finishing stage was 7/10. Thankfully, Chris helped us through the last two stages and made it all better.

Hassan, our sales person was absolutely amazing. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with our quick home purchase. Even after we had moved in, he still addresses our questions and concerns and has made this a very pleasurable experience.

The entire Beazer team has been a pleasure to work with and have delivered exceptional service. Nick was attentive and helpful during the home buying and build process. We purchased our home from out of state so couldn’t come by often, however Nick proactively sent us updates, photos, and videos so we could keep up with the progress. Henry and Eric have been extremely responsive, and thorough in ensuring they delivered a high quality build, and that we were completely satisfied with the resolution of any service requests we had.
