The Sales team, Angela, was easy to work with and informative. The construction managers and the new home counselor, Chris, Jody and Aaron, always addressed any problems that arose. They are knowledgeable and eager to satisfy.

The home buying process was smooth and enjoyable, and the quality and value of the home met my expectations. Beazer didn’t cut any corners; the floorplan is thoughtfully designed, and the finishes are of great quality. The neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and has a welcoming feel. Stephanie and Shawn from the builder’s team were outstanding—truly a pleasure to work with.

Closing was smooth and it was great buy. We are here for last one month . No major issue found in house. Also Builder is helping us if any issue comes .

Our experience buying a Beazer was easy. We were kept informed every step of the way, from securing a lender, to construction, to closing. Stephanie, Beazer's agent, was always helpful and available to answer questions, and Shawn, our builder was very professional. We were happy with how they helped get us into our townhouse with ease.

On a weekend, we came to The Garherings just looking for a community of friendly people that liked to do things together, we found our home right away! The managers and personnel called us by name. They were excited to tell us about all the features and really liked what they had built. Helping us put up curtains was great!

The builder with Beazer was amazing to work with he checked in with us every week to give updates, answered any questions we had and when it came down to the home visits and inspections anytime we found something no matter how small they were right on it. They truly seemed to care that they wanted our home to be perfect when we moved in. Been here 3 months and we love it!

We have finally moved into our new home as a family of seven - soon-to-be eight. The experience has been extremely positive as the team was generous and kind with both their time and energy. We have been pleased with the steps taken to go above and beyond to address our needs for the "perfect home". There are far too many members of the team that stood out to mention, but we truly appreciate the personalization and professionalism.

In love with this community already. Entire process of buying our first house was made easy by beazer. Elisa was great and she helped us a lot in pretty much all the steps of our house buying. David, Adam and Bryan were helpful too. They were sweet and quick enough to comeback and fix our issues.

It Has been a special experience with the building of our new home. The Beazer team experience was amazing. We lived in upstate NY and throughout the whole process Cindy, Dave and the Beazer team would communicate with us on the progress. We were always looking forward to either the Zoom meeting or the telephone conversation. Cindy, Dave and Adam took the time to explain and give details about the build or any questions we had. Just amazing. We had no worries on the built. If there was an issue or concern we had, they would address them with professionalism and courtesy. Beazer's biggest asset is in their outstanding on-site teams. The lineup consists of the sales representatives, the project management team, and customer care representative. Mary-A worked with me to ensure that all my concerns and questions were addressed during the purchase phase. Jody and Arron were there to promptly address any post purchase inquiries about the building construction. Chris happily provided valuable new homeownership information on the condominium. I praise and give thanks to the teams for caring enough to make my overall home buying experience positive!

Wonderful, wonderful team to work with. MaryAllen was outstanding and always responsive throughout the contract, even responding on her day off. The construction team: Aaron, Jody, Noe, went out of their way to assist and remediate any issues... helping us coordinating repairs, programming our garage door, to moving our ceiling fan, and installing grab bars in the bathrooms. Did it all in a timely fashion and always with a smile.

Dealing with Stephanie and Shawn is a great a experience. They treated me like if I was family. They answered any questions and dealt with my concerns in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the results. I would recommend working with them on any housing projects.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! It was accidental that I was passing by and saw the new development and stopped by to see it! From Angela who showed us the space with so much warmth and showed us again and again without any hesitation to be sure that this is what we wanted to Aaron and Jody who still are very very attentive to all our questions and they are all very kind as well! We have recommended to all our family and friends! Great neighborhood and great team of people!
