There are multiple issues with house. I have to work with multiple vendors and several followups to get the things done. Not pleasant experience for new home buyers. Can you believe i have to reach regional director to get the work done? They just worried about closing house on hight price market not the quality of house.

Unethical and terrible quality

You can’t trust anything they say. They constantly lie! Quality is poor and no one seems to care. CEO is not accessible and probably has no clue what is happening on the ground.

FLOODING WITHIN 48HRS OF OWNING, AVERAGE QUALITY BUILD

Honestly the quality of this home is not great. The whole first floor flooded after we ran the dishwasher and have had a TIME with the warranty people trying to get everything fixed. This is our first home buying experience and it's been one catastrophe after another.

Multiple issues are been raised during final walk-thru but Beazer homes didn't consider as they need to get closing as soon as possible. I observe more than customer satisfaction-Beazer homes wants to hand-over to the home owner and wash the hands. After closing-now I am following up with Warranty team, no proactive response on the issues listed.

Had a bad experience, due to many things like the Window went missing, to begin with, had to start a discussion to get it installed. The Lighting package was messed up, and we are still waiting for an answer on a light even after almost 2 months of Closing, The Painting quality, The Doors, and hardware installation, Tiles and Grout finishing do not match the Home Prices at all, and are horribly Sub-Standard quality. Care hasn't been taken to roll/level or smoothen the yard before laying sod, when you walk you see bumps all over the place, which is going to become a headache when trying to ...

Received good sales assistance and Design studio but the builder contruction is worst in quality, Multiple issues after closing - Needs to raise multiple warrenty requests. I never recommend to my friends and family.

The builder and a lot of people from Beazer lied to me when it came to things I thought would be fix didn't get fix until I had to tell them that I wont sign papers until they get fix. Very unprofessional and I will never buy a house from them again....

I can give only 2 star because the contractor used very very cheap labor n the the quality of the work is very dirty n uncleaned I would not appreciate anyone buying beazer homes

I would never build a Beazer Home Again

-they rushed on our home to close in time for Quarter Reviews. -before closing, there were a handful of things that needed to be fixed. We were told it would be done after closing. We’ve closed, now trying to get a hold of a supervisor is like waiting for rain in a dessert. Ridiculous. -we will never build a Beazer home again

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF BEAZER HOMES. I CLOSED ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO AND I STILL HAVE OUTSTANDING ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. I'VE HAD TO CALL THE EMERGENCY WARRANTY LINE DUE TO NO HOT WATER AND NO HEAT AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. THE CRAFTSMANSHIP OF THE HOME IS VERY POOR AND IT SEEMS AS OF MY HOME WAS JUST THROWN TOGETHER. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID, I EXPECTED WAY MORE THAN THIS.

Late, unfinished, and still waiting

House closed 5 months later than estimated. Went to closing incomplete with a list of promised work to be completed. 6 weeks later and i am still waiting. Nick my poc for home completion stopped answering me via phone, text, email. Thinking of bringing in my lawyer if everything is not settled soon
