My experience was great . Bill ( the Builder ) was very friendly and helpful. He was willing to go above and beyond for anything requested . The team ( Sean and Terry ) were very helpful and patient with any questions or concerns that I had . This has been a great experience with purchasing my first home.

As a Realtor and homebuyer this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The onsite agent Kim Odom was very knowledgeable and always prompt with her responses. David the builder was very thorough and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. The Beazer Team at Spring Creek Place was a pleasure to work with. We love our new home the Beazer team was great, knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our builder David and our counselor Doug was on point with everything. Doug provided weekly updates on our progress. We needed a few updates and David was on it ASAP. Overall great experience for us.
