Beazer makes top quality homes. My wife and I love everything about our Beazer home and we are confident that we will continue to enjoy our home for many more years. The Beazer team has been amazing throughout, and we were treated with great respect and professionalism. We are blown away with how well these homes are built and we were so happy that we got modern equipment that will last us for many years. If you are hesitant about new contruction but really want a new build with modern equipment, I would definitely recommend you go with a Beazer home if youre in the DMV area.

Working with Beazer was easy from start to finish. Everyone on their team is professional and knowledgeable, and I’m so pleased with my new home. Dave from the builder team has been especially great to work with. His quick response times, friendly attitude, and quality output have been a really impressive part of my experience.

Security is great. Home is solid, well built new construction. However-2 negatives. 1-garage is way too small for my vehicle (you could build them 25% bigger). 2-Road noise is problematic (nothing you can do about that). Overall: I’d likely buy here again, but negotiate a bigger garage. Me.

We love our home, the condominiums are carefully designed, the layout is beautiful and it is very spacious! The neighborhood is also very nice, highly recommend this community!!!

Jeff and Shawn were there for us every step of the way—through construction, settlement, move-in. Shawn cares about the details of our condo as if he were the owner. Beazer responds promptly to correct any minor problems with our home—and they do so with a smile.

We are very happy with our new condo, we are enjoying our unit because it has a nice view. The layout of the kitchen is nice and my wife loves the appliances. We are also enjoying the gym and meeting new friends. The location of the condo is perfect, there restaurants and all kind of stores around. Closing was done diligently without any problems. All the paperwork was completed successfully. The sales person was very helpful in all the process. The builder’s team were responsive to our few concerns and repaired them quickly.
