I recently purchased a home from Beazer, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The builder's team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth. I highly recommend Beazer for anyone looking for quality and reliability in their home purchase. Ron from the construction team was amazing!!

My builder Matt was beyond superb. I lived 45 minutes away while my home was being built. Matt was so awesome to send me pictures weekly, keep me updated on everything. And at the end of the finish line when we ran into a hiccup, Matt was the one that made sure my home was delivered as promised. Huge shout out to Shelly who was brought in at the end for her help and outstanding job.

Corbin did an excellent job after our move in of staying on top of the few things missed in our last walk through. He kept us appraised of scheduling of the repair work to be done.

My experience with Beazer was more than I could have hoped for. Starting with Audra. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire process to us. She was always available and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Josh was also top notch. He explained the building process and was always there to answer questions we had (no matter how Insignificant). The walkthroughs we had we very detailed. Corbin joined the process towards the end of our build. He is extremely detailed and also took care of any concerns we had in a timely manner. From the outset, Michelle (sales representative) went "above and beyond" my expectations to make this beautiful home, my own. Additionally, Micah (site manager) exceeded my expectations in his attention to detail regarding any and all maintenance issues. I know from friends who have previously purchased homes from Beazer, and they all attest to the quality and craftmanship that Beazer provides. Communication is key and Tiffany and Chris definitely set the bar for top tier communication during the building process. They both are absolutely amazing and very pleased with the process! The home interior is beautiful!

Our several experience was great. Our Beazer rep Gabriel was new but if he didn't know something he found out for us. And the CM for our property Lee is amazing. He is super helpful and responsive. He always get done what he says he is going to do. We are in a high end energy efficient neighborhood my understanding is it is the first of its kind with Beazer and they really knocked it out of the park. We look forward to living here for a long time.

I was in need for a move in ready home, I knew a townhome was what I wanted, needed to downsize. Saw duets in Townlake & compared to other builders Beazer offered more/checked off more of my boxes. The customer service from my initial walk in the model home was what set Beazer apart immediately. Tiffany was busy with a customer but made me feel seen, she acknowledged me right away & checked in ensuring she would be right with me. The communication throughout the process was timely & working with the builder (Josh) was a very good experience as well. He was very attentive & followed up quickly on all my questions, after closing he still remained available to assist as applicable. I can go on… but instead I’ll summarize by saying the service was the deciding factor for me.
