We worked with many people during our first home buying experience! We worked with Michael D and Michael H the majority of the time. They were all extremely nice and comforting when deciding to make this major purchase. They were very consistent and quick to answer all of our calls and questions. It took us a few weeks to decide on which inventory home was best for us and they did not push anything on us during our wait time. We love our home and have not had any issues!

This is the 2nd home we've had built new. The first (through a different builder) was a 15 month horror story. Bloomfield replaced those terribly memories with great ones. From our initial visit through closing, every step and every person we dealt with exceeded our expectations. On top of that, the design, finishes, and quality of construction seemed a step above the other homes we considered at our price point. We'd highly recommend Bloomfield Homes.

The Midlothian sales team was wonderful and Chad the Builder was great as well. Bloomfield built a great home, both inside and out.

Being a first time homebuyer my wife and I went into the process with a lot of questions, concerns and unknowns. From start to finish Bob and his team were 100% committed to helping us every step of the way. They made the process simple and stress free. Doug, the blooms field sales rep, was soooooo nice, helpful and extremely informative thought out the entire process. He really puts the buyers interests first and makes things happen. He gets back to us promptly and even after we missed deadlines he would work with us on making last minute changes to the home.

Our family is well pleased with our new home. Our questions and concerns (we had very few) were addressed in a timely manner. The construction process was exciting to watch - from the pouring of the foundation to the finishing touches, we had a good experience. What we considered upgrades were actually standard features of this builder (lawn with landscaping, sprinkler system, fence, granite counters).
