The process was easy as they kept me informed about timelines which made me feel I was valued as a homebuyer. The neighborhood has a country feel being minutes from the city.

I had a great experience with Bloomfield from the beginning to the end. The Community Manager Stuart and Project Manager John did a fantastic job. The level of communication was very impressive. Even when we moved in, they responded to our request in a timely manner. Stu and John made us feel like family. I will definitely be recommending Bloomfield to my family and friends.

The staff at Bloomfield were responsive to my questions and attentive to my needs. This is our 2nd home we’ve bought but the first one we’ve purchased in over 20 years. Paul was our salesman and he was great from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the house in the build. His team was responsive to all my requests for things to tweak before I moved in. They have been responsive to the minor warranty claims I filed since I moved in. I gave five stars for value for the price. I still feel that is all relative. Compared to other builders it’s similar price points. I think you’re getting more with Bloomfield, however, I still feel all homes are extremely overvalued in this market. I’m shocked I had to pay what I had to pay for a 2300 square-foot home, but it seems to be a much better build than other builders in the same price point. My kids and I are loving the house. I have not yet had it inspected, I will wait until I get closer to the end of my first year warranty before doing the inspection. That way if the inspector find anything it should be covered under warranty. ... More

Trent, Francis and Joanna provided an outstanding team that always performed in a highly professional manner. Frances and Joanna communicated with us on every step of the way. We selected many finishes and details and made changes as necessary and they never blinked an eye. As the construction progressed, we were always kept up to date and any changes or interruptions were fully explained. Weather did cause us some delays but we just kept moving on. Our sales and the general contractor were awesome. They both main sure we understood the process. They made sure we felt comfortable asking questions! They also made time to discuss any issues and concerns that came about! The preferred lender provided an exceptional experience for us as we were first time home buyers!

Jacques made us feel comfortable during the process. He was helpful and kind. We wanted a house closer to our family and he was able to make that happen for us. Jacques is truly a blessing to us and I’m sure to more people. Anthony the builder was very helpful as well, he walked us through the new house and ensured to cover all the details possible. Steve was so easy to work with. He was a man of his word throughout the entire process and worked with my family to ensure that we got a great deal on our dream home. He said early in the process that he would be able to provide us a better deal than any other builder in the neighborhood and in the end, after we shopped around, he was right. He beat the other deals we had on the table.

Our Sales Representative (Sara) was outstanding from start to finish. I can honestly say, she was instrumental in our decision to purchase a Bloomfield home. Her level of expertise and willingness to listen to us and incorporate our preferences in the design process made for a wonderful experience. She even kept us within the budget by giving us alternate ideas, often better than what we initially wanted. Our builder (Jeff) was equally outstanding. His vast experience gave us confidence from the very start, that we would have a quality built home when it was completed, and we did!! My wife and I have had built many custom homes in the past years and have always had issues with the builder in some form or fashion. I can honestly say our home built by BLOOMFIELD has been a true pleasure. After we moved in the little things that require attention are taken care of in a professional and expeditious manner. I highly recommend this company should you want a home built.

Our experience was fantastic from the property manager, the project manager and the warranty team. The build and quality are excellent they thought of everything. Simply put we love our new home. We still pinch ourselves and cannot believe we have such a beautiful home. We have always owned pre-owned homes and all the things we would have changed or thought of latter was already in this home and more. We looked at other builders and they could not match the quality we have in this home. You wont regret it!
