Just be patient, and take a deep breath, in this market, it is taking a little longer, but rest assured that I have no complaints. I want to thank Jason our manager, Jason the builder, all those working behind the scenes to make things happen, to get our homes ready. Absolutely love my 3169 ft.² Dewberry. We’re enjoying our five bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, office, entertainment room. Enjoying the mature trees that were left in our lots in our area, absolutely fabulous. What a great idea it was to leave these trees, we have so much shade in the back. Make sure you study your floor plans and look over the upgrades. We love everything about our house and every upgrade that we chose, and it’s important to get and sit down with the person that will help you choose the colors and tile and flooring and listen to what they have to say. Very professional staff and very good workmanship quality overall. I can tell that the builder paid a lot of attention to details, at least on my house, which is a very decent and rare quality these days. Very happy with my purchase!

Great home buying experience overall

Brandon and Leroy were upfront and kept us informed thru the whole process. Answered all of our questions as quick as possible. I always saw the ads on TV and thought that it was all a gimmick. One day, my wife said we need to do something to get out of the apartment. So I called and the next thing I know we moved into our new home. We appreciate all the people involved and all that they did do help us get what we always dreamed of. Our new HOME! My wife. two sons and mother-in law couldn't be more happier. We had a great experience with Bloomfield Homes (Autumn Run - Midlothian) from the beginning to the end. During the sales period, the sales team (led by Bob) was very transparent, they never tried to upsell us on anything, and answered all our questions candidly. During the construction phase, the project manager (Chad) did a good job of communicating milestones and potential challenges with timelines. They were able to keep the timelines for completion. The only setback that was experienced was due to supply chain issues and it only delayed work for about 6-7 weeks and they did a good job of communicating this to us quickly. The best thing about this builder was the fact that they did not raise prices after the contract was signed. The builder honored the lock-in price guarantees in the contract even when market prices for materials had gone up significantly shortly after the contract was signed. ... More

The customer service we had was outstanding. We where so excited asking many questions. They where still professional and kind.

Bloomfield was wonderful! Yeah, it took four months longer than initially advised upon signing but that's no fault of theirs. Bill and Scott were so great and responsive with my wife and I during the process. Our home is gorgeous and we are thrilled to be here.
