In this very crowded market, Century Communities knows the importance of "after purchase" service. They actually go out of their way to serve.

Sales team, construction manager and warranty team were very helpful.

Two years ago I built a house with KB. It required so much of my time and energy because there was always something happening. I expected this level of headache going into Grayson but it simply wasn’t there. It was simple, things happened when you said they would, and overall, there were less mistakes and issues. I used the blue tape stage as an example. We used two rolls of blue tape at our KB home. We used maybe a 1/4 of a roll at our Grayson home. Thanks for making it a stress-free experience!

My experience buying a home at Century Communities has been great! Home has all modern amenities and wireless connectivity. The sales and customer relations teams are very helpful and responsive. They take care of the smallest of details in new homes. I'm sure we'll enjoy this beautiful home in the years to come

The building process was easily and quick. Not the best quality out there, but for this price point, we are very happy.

Only issues were cosmetic, great communication throughout from sales and construction. Least issues of all the times I’ve had homes built.

The biggest selling point for us was the lot size. It is really tough to find big backyards in-town, especially with new builds. The house is also well built and the support we have from the Century Community team, especially Tim and Emily, is great. Any issues we have a pretty quickly addressed and fixed. No complaints!

Quick response when asked me for items needed. Sent them everything they needed thru email. Quick and hassle free.

The build team has been done a great job and ensured that the house is ready to move in for the family such that there was only 1 thing to do = "ENJOY and live the moment". Thank you Joe and Team, its just as you promised. The purchase process was made so smooth and workable by the sales team (Thank you Rachel and IHL). The repair team have been so efficient and kind to attend to any smallest points that has been reported and it has been fixed EVEN during the pandemic. Everything has been great just waiting for electricians to be allowed in homes so my restroom can can be fixed.

The community looks great and are home has been well built. No complaints here at all! The small toddler playground that was recently put in, is a plus!

We have had such a wonderful experience, the process of buying our first home went by quickly and smooth we love the location. Our house has been everything we have been looking for our floor plan let's us grow for many, many years to come.

As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and Century Communities (along with my agent) were always there providing answers and making this process faster and easier. They provided me with incentives that I applied to my closing costs. House construction/ material is very good and the prices are a no-brainer.
