I am truly disappointed in the workmanship if our home and would never recommend a friend after seeing the finished product. It is amazing that they can make the models look so good and then give customers sub standard quality. We paid a lot of money for our home. Very disappointing. Our salesperson was very helpful and our field manager did what they were allowed to do but their hands were tied as far as who the company hired for subs and the materials used. This is the fifth home that we have had built for us and probably ranks very low for quality for price paid.

When you first stop here to look at homes they are great. then it goes down hill from there. You are not allowed to make ANY changes after you design your home because you signed your contract but they constantly make changes and delete items. we were lied to about our lot and they offered a four foot extension on the garage which I wanted. I was told that was no longer offered because there was no demand for it. All of many of my neighbors have it and we all purchased and designed our homes within a month of each other. we were lied to about our lot as well everyone one our street was told ...

Poor response to home quality Issues, that need repair/replacement. Field superintendent unqualified to find defects. Home should have never have never been ready to close in the condition it was in on final walk thru and issues have still not been addressed, 2 months later.

I was encouraged to close even though everything in house was not really ready. There was a promise me that within 3 days everything would be finished completely. 3 months later I can't even get date for when they plan on fixing my house. The finishings in the house are well below standard. I think pulte has a lot of nerve advertising that they who have the higher standard. Would love to hear from the CEO of this company and let him know what I think. If anyone other than a computer reads this reply I would love to hear from a human being.

Horrible sub contractors

The workmanship was/is absolutely terrible. Sloppy work, damaged doors, windows, appliances, garage doors and the list was over 9 pages long. Paint on our floors, doors improperly hung, tile work the worst we have ever seen. Only bright spot was the head construction manager Andrew got involved and has been resolving our issues. But the inconvenience to my wife and I has ridiculous. Almost seven weeks from closing and having to endure continued foot traffic and cleaning up after repair crews.

Buyer Beware....product and service is NOT good!

Pulte Homes does NOT build a good quality home. Their product is terrible and the warranty process is ridiculous! Our air conditioner did NOT work because of it NOT being tested at time of build. Our clothes dryer plug was a refrigerator plug! Outlet wasn't even connected to a wire! And lots more but this gives an idea of the quality of our home. This is supposed to be a home built for an older person and our shower is the most dangerous concept...just STUPID! You have to step DOWN 4 1/2 inches to get into a shower pan...it's actually a 6 inch dropdown in the center by the drain. ...

I've built four new homes in my life, and this is the worst quality, and highest priced of them all. We continue to complain about things that need to be replaced or fixed with no one giving us the service we've been promised. If I thought I could get my money back, I'd be out of here in a heartbeat.

I have a number of outstanding repairs and incomplete or sub par workmanship items that must be addressed before I can begin to think about rating my new home!! The responsiveness of your people is seriously lacking. The past month I have not heard from or had ANY workmen here to complete or correct anything. Once I settled on my house I was told by my neighbor "Good Luck" on getting anything done.

Horrible all the way around. If you would like to know specifics...we will be happy to share. Before signing our paperwork we ask for a guarantee the water issue in the back would be guaranteed. It was and in writing. BUT...nothing has been done except to regrade 3 times and made it worse and now we have a gulley (small river). We now have all houses beside and behind us flowing in our yard. We are told each week that next week it will be done. To date...no plan, no nothing and we cannot do anything or have any privacy in the back due to their lack of ensuring their guarantee was ...

It's difficult to know where to start, so we'll do so at the beginning. Aside from dealing with our salesman Bruce, which was the only bright spot we can mention, it has been an absolute nightmare. Worst House I Ever Had Built

This is the worst house built I ever seen. I have built five other house and if you added up the problems with all five of them, this house surpasses them 10-fold. If I knew the quality of the workmanship that I was getting, I would not have built with Del Webb (Pulte company.) The models do not tell the true story of quality. I wish that my house could be shown as a model with the mold and poor workmanship. We closed on 2/24 and had to clean the house for days. Simply terrible! The quality of fit and finish is terrible. Our house was NOT properly cleaned upon closing, my wife is 69 years old and has been on her knees scraping off adhesive on the tile floor throughout the entire house.
