Great value. Great people to work with from sales team to construction manager. Very responsive to questions and always very helpful.

The home building journey has been impressive from start to finish. Our process was entirely being done remotely. They have great tools and the staff is very knowledgable experienced. The delivery and post delivery is top notch. I only have positive comments about the home and the Eastbrook team.

Eastbrook was so easy to work with. From sales to closing, everything was done professionally, transparently, and quickly. We would definitely use Eastbrook again in the future!!

This is our second home built with Eastbrook Homes and we had a wonderful experience. Maureen was helpful with helping us get started and with questions along the way. Alex was wonderful through the building process and always willing to answer any questions I had. After we moved in Rob checked in on us and helped us further understand everything about the house. It was a lovely experience!

After 10 plus years of waiting to build on our family property and finally ready to pull the trigger on our dream home. Eastbrook was there to help us put it all together. We are very happy with the overall construction of the home and our proud to live in an Eastbrook built home.

The site supervisor for Town Square gets things done, on time, and his word is his bond. From site sub contractors, to management, Eastbrook Homes at Town Square tries to make every step of the buying process as painless as possible. They have a large 3 ring binder to provide a road map in the process. It helps everyone from the first time buyer to our family that has moved over 2 dozen times.

Quality of workmanship & materials can not be fully evaluated until the 30 day and 90 day post move-in visits to take care of the list of issues that need to be addressed.

Quality houses and great people to work with

Sales process was somewhat shaky but from there until closing the Eastbrook team was great. At closing, better communication could have finished the process with flying colors. Since closing, the maintenance people have been extremely responsive to the minor items that have come up.

Overall a relatively stress free process. Any changes that had to be made were effectively explained with reasonable alternatives provided.

We have had an issue with the grout in our bathroom since we closed 4.5 months ago, it still is not fixed to this day, and keeps getting worse week-after-week. Reminded them of the issue 4-5 times without word when it will be finished. The neighbors are under construction next to us and I asked for a silt screen 1 month ago to stop the access dirt run-off coming onto our property and ruining our brand new grass. We still have not gotten the silt screen, They were great and we are very happy with our house, but there's work can be done with their service post-close....

We are very happy with the quality of our Eastbrook home. This is the second home that Eastbrook has built for us and I must say that our experience in 2016 was better than our experience in 2022. More realistic timing, the supply chain and communication could be improved. All around I would still recommend Eastbrook Homes to others.

I am trying my best to make my new townhouse my home. I've encountered a a couple of issues that seem to take a long time to get a response back, still waiting to have an issue resolved with my garage door since 8/31.

I learned a lot about the building process. East brook is not good with communication. Don't think I would use them again.

The team we worked with is very nice and professional, but the journey has been extremely difficult with delays, quality issues, rework, damaged things installed anyway, and feel my home is never a priority for the firm to finish. Every time one contractor comes to “finish” something they cause damage and rework to something else. No contractor ever completely finishes before they are pulled off to someone else’s house. Frustrating to pay thousands in HOA fees when I end up doing my own lawn watering, painting, construction cleanup, finishing incomplete construction items on my own… all the things that were supposed to be in the price. Had to purchase thousands in paint, hoses, sprinklers, tools, equipment… all of the things I got rid of during the move because ended up needing again to do so much myself just to get things completed. The community spirit and neighbors are awesome and that has been the saving grace of a very difficult process. Have built several prior homes, this was by far the most fraught with issues. Six months after closing we are still dealing with major issues in addition to contracted items remaining incomplete. We have had several large items need to be completely redone because it was not done correctly the first time. It has become difficult to get settled into a home in which you constantly have to move furniture out of to accommodate work that has to be redone. Upon closing the home had 4 weeks of work remaining before we were even able to move our furniture out of the garage. We have spent countless hours managing the punch list and quality issues. When our home is completely finished we will likely enjoy it very much, but for the price it should not be this difficult to get to that point. ... More

If it weren’t for the location I absolutely wanted, I would have walked away from this builder due to their sales agent. She was not knowledgeable at all and often would tell me flat out incorrect information. She was very unresponsive. She would say she would respond by a certain day and we would never hear from her. She made the process extremely frustrating and stressful. Our building project manager was awesome. He was very responsive and easy to talk to. I do feel like I was shorted some choices on my condo I would have made due to the sales agent telling me they weren’t options when they actually were. ... More

Eastbrook slapped together a poor quality home. They were completely disrespectful of our home and our needs. We had to adjust our schedules for them every time we had to meet. So many corners were cut and now have created huge inconsistencies for us. Find another builder if you can!
