The process of building a home with the Fulton Team was a true pleasure. We can't say enough good things about everyone we worked with especially our Salesperson Djakarta, our Project Managers Terry and Scott and also Donna and Travis from Customer Care. They went above and beyond to keep us informed each step of the way and were always available to answer any questions or offer help if needed. We absolutely love our new Fulton Home and will be Fulton homeowners for life!

Sales team works with all to get the house ready for move ins. First round of repairs went OK. Only one repair still needs attention and I am sure they will take care of it promptly..

The staff at Fulton Homes Promenade is great. They answered all of our questions and provided keys so we could see the property whenever we wanted to.

From the sales office to the project managers you couldn’t ask for a better team. Jack was wonderful to work with. He is pleasant to talk to and truly cares for his clients. We never felt like he was just looking to make another sale. There’s a tradition here that started with the founder Ira that you can feel is translated throughout the staff. They care about their clients and demonstrate their slogan “Fulton Homes, we’re proud to build and your proud to own”. The design center was also a pleasant experience. They took the time to listen to our wants and were patient when we would change our minds on something. We never felt rushed. The two project managers Alex and Travis continue the Fulton tradition of caring for their clients after the sale. They both are easy to reach and respond to our questions in a timely manner. We’ve owned several homes and we cannot stress enough that the two homes we love/d the most are the two Fulton homes. When we moved to Arizona back in 96, after leasing for about a year we purchased a brand new build which was a Fulton home. We’ve had a few different builders in between then and now, and you cannot compare them to the Fulton experience. Communication is extremely important to us. Timely responses to requests also very important.

Besides our beautiful home and unequaled community that comes with it, the experience while purchasing was extraordinary. Every step of the way there was someone to update us on the progress, answer questions, and help set up the next steps. From start to finish the whole Fulton homes team was great. Even after I moved in they quickly responded to any small issues I had, this includes the members running the HOA. My wife and I have no complaints.

My purchasing experience was great! The sales team (Tracy & Ali) were always helpful and answered my questions. My project manager (Pat) was great! He helped me understand the construction aspects of the projects and addressed any issues than I had concerns about. Also, (Cindee) at the design center showed me great options for my new house. I would definitely recommend Fulton Homes !

We worked with Rick and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready to move in plus he followed up on any open issues. This made the experience a great one.

Sales through construction was an amazing journey. With all the Covid/Supply Chain issues we never felt alone or left out. Everyone from our sales associates to the project manager was always available to answer questions. The challenges that our builder was facing were enormous; but they pulled through with shining colors. YES, it took longer than anyone would have liked, including the builder. The Sales team has been very helpful and responsive. The Construction and Customer Service teams has responded to any issue very timely. The fix waiting for a subcontractor to respond or provide material has not always been so quick. The paver veneers have not been installed and we still do not have a date. To me this is confusing as we had selected that option 10 months before closing, so why were they not planned for and on hand when needed. Very happy with our house and Fulton Homes so far.

In comparison to my other home buying experience with another builder - my experience with Fulton Homes was outstanding. Throughout the process, I was informed of all the details of what was happening, status updates, things that were needed etc., The design center experience was great as we've never gone through the chance to pick out a lot of the things we wanted in the house. Most importantly, working with the office folks was great as well, Jack and Hal were outstanding in answering all my questions as they came about and was very informative of everything throughout each step of the process, at any point if I wasn't sure of something, they'd do their best to help me understand the concern at hand. Even after we've closed, the people we've worked with regarding small issues here and there have been great. Alex and his team have been very responsive and super helpful with anything that's come up. From the initial interaction of when I purchased my home to the day I closed Fulton associates have been great. I used my own lender and they worked closely with the title and sales personnel. My walk through was great and the few items that needed touched up have already been fixed. Customer service reached out to see if anything outstanding and to follow up. Love my new home.

My wife and I love our new home. Fulton Homes has been great to work with in fixing the smaller issues after we moved in.

The entire home building process was so pleasant with the Fulton Team.

In this crazy process of home building, from the day we selected our lot to finish, took 18 months. Never had we experienced anything like it in home buying. But through it all, we always had questions answered and kept up to date by the sales team. They were empathic to our frustrations and did whatever they could to help us with the process. We are so happy with our home and glad we stuck it out. We had very minor issues once we moved in but am happy to say, they were fixed quickly.
