Fulton has been the best builder we have built a house with. Quality of construction is great. Customer Service after moving in has been excellent. We would recommend them to anyone.

The home was worth the wait to get built. We absolutely love our home and our sales reps, Tracy and Ali, were absolutely amazing through the process! They were very responsive! Their design center employees were also great! They were very helpful, didn’t push to something we didn’t want, and gave plenty of alternatives to something more affordable or more readily available. The project coordination staff was also great to work with and went above and beyond to help fix issues after we moved in! We started the process with Fulton in September and moved in June 19. Mark very upfront and honest about the process. He said it would be 10-12 months for a 2 story. When we met Marlon for the walk through he also kept us in the loop for the time structure. We did have one issue with a sliding glass door and Fulton has been on top of the contractor for this

We moved from one area of the subdivision to another because no other builder puts more money back into the community as does Fulton Homes. We love our greenways and upkeep they provide. Our oasis in the desert. The quality of home can't be beat. Compare for yourself. We did and that's why we bought within the same subdivision.

I was satisfied with all aspects of my home buying experience with Fulton. Both Art and Tripp took all my calls, even in their days off to handle my needs Being in Real Estate, it is quite easy for me to recognize Realtor pros. They kept close contact with both of my lenders during the process. The lender chosen by me fails to hit the mark; but the Fulton Lender, Carisa along with Tripp and Art carried the ball into the end zone for my touchdown. Fulton homes was easy to deal with. After the sale we found a few details that needed repair. Fulton homes was quick to respond and had the problems rectified rapidly.

Excellent product

We love our Fulton home! This is the second new home we have built, our first was with another builder, and the quality of our Fulton home is far superior to the other. The sales staff, the construction crew, preferred lenders and customer service have all been wonderful to deal with and the finishes of our home are just beautiful. What Fulton has as standard finishes, are expensive options for other builders. We are so glad we chose Fulton for our new home.

We are extremely happy with the quality and workmanship of our new Fulton home. Our home came with a beautiful backsplash in the kitchen and upgraded master bathroom, cabinets in the laundry room which are not options to some builders we had looked at They were easy to contact about any issues that we had. We only have one issue that has not been resolved. We purchased the Monogram GE series of kitchen appliances because we wanted the induction cooktop. Our Monogram microwave’s motherboard is burnt out and a new microwave is on back order. Monogram is supposed to be the top of the line GE appliances. I wish we had had the option of choosing between a different manufacturer besides General Electric. I know this is not Fulton’s fault that the microwave is back ordered. They have provided me with a loaner microwave to use while they try to get my microwave replaced. We are very disappointed in GE quality control to have shipped a dead microwave that does not work ... More

We couldn't be happier with our new Fulton Home. The community/neighborhood is a dream. The construction process, customer service, sales agents, design center was all a great experience. Fulton Homes attention to detail is fantastic.

I find the Fulton Homes team at Cooley Station to be very personable and professional. They were very attentive, courteous and gracious. I am very excited to be in my new house.

Our salesman, both of them, kept us informed of the progress of our new build house. They were easy to access and happy to answer questions. Because of supply issues fir the appliances and some building materials, the overall enjoyment was dampened. Fulton has been great to address and correct the cosmetic ‘glitches’ present.

Fulton homes made it a great experience from beginning to end!
