This was our 2nd new build home and this time it was taking place between the craziest time in the housing market (supply chain issues, rate increases, inflationary) but the team at K Hovanian did an outstanding job communicating and being a great resource. They have an excellent team of sales, builder and warranty folks at their disposal that made the experience seamless. Their contract was fair, the value was excellent and their technology was unmatched. Best buying experience. Would buy again!!

We had a great experience building our first new home with KHov. Specifically our construction manager, Nathan D., went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and all issues were resolved. Overall it has been a great experience!

Aside from having a wonderful realtor, this process could not have gone as smoothly as it did without the help of Ashley and Scott. At various points of the process from me expressing interest, to walking the home for inspections, and through closing, they remained available and helpful. My new home checks all of the boxes on my wishlist, and then some!

From the first inquiry KHOV has treated me exceptionally well! They showed me appreciation and consideration from day 1. When I went under contract, Shelby and Gary took exceptional care of me. Even after I closed they checked on me to make sure I didn’t need anything! Absolutely wonderful. KHOV made my home purchase process so easy. Home was completed in stated timeframe. Lender was fantastic too! 5 stars!

This is my 3rd NEW construction home build. I was extremely pleased with the response from both my sales person and my construction manager. They were both amazing in the process and addressed each and any concern that I had/have. Home building is not perfect, but what counts is the eagerness to get the problems solved and corrected and they do it without an attitude. My construction Mgr, Cysco was so nice, professional and helpful. He was never ugly or impatient or anything but willing to address anything I was concerned about. I really appreciated that too. Buying a home is not only stressful but expensive these days. We could all argue for "what you are getting for the price issue" as the prices these days are shocking for our area but it us what it is and growth is a part of life. I could argue that there could be more items included " for the price" but they are not out of line from any other builder at this time with the challenges the builders have all had these last 2 1/2 years. I am also a seasoned real estate agent who has built many homes from scratch with my own clients. There are builders out there who cut corners and do not care about their home buyer's needs or concerns. The experience was pretty painless. Doing the contract with Erica worked very well. Blue was responsive during the build and kept me updated. And Kam was very helpful in helping me with helping me out after moving in. Excellent experience!

I have to start by saying we love our new home. This was a long process from start to finish and there were definitely some ups and downs to our overall experience. Kelsey, Matt, and Shannon represent Khov sales, construction management, and post sale home support and have been great. Throughout the sales process Kelsey was very helpful and keeping us in the know. During the build Matt and Kelsey provided updates on a biweekly basis and even sent us pictures of progress. Post sale home warranty and service ticketing through Shannon has been great. There are some things beyond all of our control (materials delays, appointment delays with trades/trades attention to detail on certain finishes on the house) that can become frustrating, but knowing that we had a strong team to help us get to and through the finish line has been the best part. The Khov team we had was amazing and we are happy with how everything has turned out. My only tip to help alleviate stress in the process is regarding selling your current home. If you need funds from your existing home to purchase your new home...sell it well in advance of your closing date. We did a "simultaneous" close and it was very stressful. First and foremost, this was a surprise and I didn’t know I would be living in such an amazing dream home. Working with Gene was amazing, he was there for whatever questions, concerns, or if we just wanted to talk, it was worth it all. I would recommend K. HOVNANIAN at a blink of an eye and Jamie was awesome too.

Besides the delay in the closing due to the generating power, the overall experience was excellent. The entire K-Hov team was kind, trustworthy, and supportive with professionalism. I really appreciate the business and relationship we went through. Most importantly, we love the house!

From the moment we started the process was super smooth and the finished product is amazing! Alex, Tony, and Crystal were fantastic and prompt to respond to questions throughout and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Having bought 2 new homes previously from other builders, my experience with K Hovnanian proved to be superior. KHov has friendly, professional, and responsive employees from sales to warranty issues. The workmanship and quality of construction is far better as well. I especially like how KHov invites the buyer into the building process with interim walk throughs and meetings. I would buy again from KHov.

I had a great experience! My sales councilor was great and the builder was great he explained everything to me and made the walk through a smooth process.

From start to finish communication was excellent. They work as a team and it shows very well. If we ever move again (hopefully never again) we will be reaching out to Khov and use them again!

Home buying from K Hovnanian was an awesome experience. Everyone that I interacted with were having deep knowledge on what they were doing, that was evident from the details and explanation that gave with very crisp clarity and in logical order. They were very transparent on everything, always available to answer and help. I recommend K Hovnanin homes to everyone who are looking for a new home to buy. You will get a super quality home in time and you will get to know the professionalism in this field as well.

We had a smooth buying experience. The staff was helpful, readily available, listened to us, answered our questions, and made us feel comfort.

Overall, the experience was pleasant. Everyone was professional and always helpful. However, the deign center could have helped us with suggestions and advice on the house, because we conducted the meeting over video. The woman who was in charge of the design portion wasn’t much help honestly. Things like fans, lighting, and kitchen lights, and other upgrades were not mentioned. Second of all, we were never told about the backyard grass is an upgrade. That was quite inconvenient and so we had to call another company to get the grass installed. Lastly, we’re still waiting for the gutter to be fixed. Just waiting for rain so you guys can see the leak. 9/10 ... More

Home was made and came out besutiful

Nicholas, I feel very elated about the process from the initial signing to the final move in was very great. The quality of materials used is also commensurate with the value of their houses / homes. The builders team were always on top of things, they did exactly what they promised and also responds to issues even after move in, in a timely manner. I would encourage home buyers to know that KHOVANIAN homes have great sales persons and project managers who are willing to do anything within their capacity to help you get all need in your future home. I really had a great experience with KHOV.
