Bob the builder is always checking in on how things are with our home. There’s a super easy ticketing system so even after the home is built they’ll come fix anything that was missed or got damaged. It was our first time building a home and I enjoyed that I didn’t have to pick the small details because the packages they provided included everything we wanted. The sales representative and project manager was great. Everything was seamless and their was only small delays regarding light fixtures but nothing major which is to be expected during a pandemic. All in all it was a great experience and I will be building again with them in the future.
