It was my pleasure throughout from visiting your website to getting my home keys it was great experience. I wanted to thank Lacey the sales consultant in the liberty community has been helpful since beginning from floor plan selection, bricks, upgrades etc. without her it would have been confusing to put everything on table. Secondly, builder were very professional and took care of each request that came post third party inspection, Jeff and Argelio did a great job by updating the status weekly and educate us throughout the whole building process. Mortgage & closing process was smooth. Definitely K. Hovanian is good brand and have a great employees who take care of customer during each step, given a chance I would buy again a home from K. The builder is very fast on fixing things you need fix in the house before you move And a wonderful sales person

Great experience working with K Hovnanian homes. April from Sales staff is outstanding and KHOV Mortgage team(Addie and Johanna) is also excellent team. They have a compassionate attitude towards the customers that makes them unique in their line of business. My experience is the builders take great pride to build a great home for the homebuyer the detail behind it is amazing. They make it seem like they building it for themselves. The help and follow up after getting keys is amazing. Checking in to see how the house is. Is it running great etc. I highly recommend this builder.

It was a great experience so far. I would recommend K. Hovnanian to my friends and family.

Not only did my husband and I buy a brand new house, but it's also our very 1st home. I've heard so many horror stories about new home construction, but we didn't have any problems at all. Everyone was very knowledgeable and the process was very smooth!

Instead of just fixing the problems they went above and beyond to make my house perfect. They even added in upgrades free of charger. 5 stars from me.

Khov produced a quality home for my family and I. We are very pleased with our experience and would refer KHov to our friends and family. 10/10

Honestly can’t describe. I love the community and enjoyed the whole process overall. Some stuff needed to be fixed and the guy got on it right away like if it never existed to be wrong in the first place

The whole team was great at communicating the entire process of the build. Everyone was great at getting back to me with any questions that I may have had.

Purchasing our forever home in K.hovnanian was exceptional. Everyone was very accommodating to our needs and concerns, from our agent, to the building supervisor and mortgage team. Although there bumps along the way, but the team assured us that we can still finish on our target date. Now we are enjoying our new home. I never regret I chose K.hovnanian for building our forever home.

In this market, trying to navigate home buying when you're in another state is challenging. I wanted my forever home and did not want to settle, therefore decided to build a new home. After flying into town and looking at other builders in other areas around central Florida, I ended with K. Hovanian. It didn't take long for me to decide that I had found where I wanted to spend the rest of my days and leave something for my family to enjoy years down the road. While I had to wait 2 months for the lot I wanted to become available, I saw prices slowly climbing but was lucky to get in before they escalated too much more. I do wish there had been a few more choices for things like backsplash, flooring (carpet), etc. overall I am very pleased with how things turned out. The design center appointment was an all day and somewhat stressful experience to make so many decisions and in some cases limited choices. I did fly into town for this visit although it was offered to be done virtually amid the pandemic. Being able to clearly see my choices and how they would look laid out together was definitely work the trip. I also only wish that the builder allowed some changes along the way during the building process. I had times where I had wished that I had selected something that I had originally opted not to do and would have loved to be able to add that in. The sales team was great the construction manager assigned to my build were awesome! All of my issues/questions were addressed promptly and professionally. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful throughout my home buying experience!

I couldn't be happier about the fact that I purchased my first home from K Hovnanian. The quality of their workmanship is stellar, which the house reflects very well. They were a great source of information for us throughout the process, especially Ms. Bogar and Mr Smith. They always made it a point to let us know that we could reach them with any questions we had even after closing. Furthermore, I must commend them on their post-sale service as they reached out several times since closing to find out whether our experience remained a positive one. They even installed a transition strip for the back door to the garage in good faith two weeks after closing! Look no further if the house you like was built by K Hovnanian! ... More

Our sales rep Greg was absolutely amazing!! We couldn't imagine having a better, more caring individual to help us during our home buying process. Being first time home buyers and coming out from having a relative negative and disappointing experience with another builder Greg made us feel completely at ease from the very beginning and never wavered throughout the entire process. He was really a pure blessing to us, and only was concerned about getting the home we wanted. Our builder Matt was just as great! Super knowledgeable and very informative. He was great with communicating every little update during the building process and offered excellent personal advice about the best way to maintain our home. He's an amazing builder. Towards the end of our process, we ran into an issue with our low home appraisal that was very unfortunate and stressful, but Greg's sales partner Karen gracefully stepped in to help us navigate this issue in Gregs stead when he wasn't able to be there. Needless to say, Karen was fantastic and showed amazing compassion during our low appraisal ordeal. Between Greg, Matt, and Karen our buying experience was absolutely impressive and smooth as it could be. Our only complaints are that some of the venders used our toilets and left unpleasant surprises in them during the building process, and that K. Hovanian (Not Greg or Karen) as National Company and Builder didn't do much of anything to help us as company during our low home appraisal ordeal especially with it being so close to closing on our home. That was very upsetting and unfortunate. Thank you, Greg, Karen, and Matt for everything. You three were simply amazing!! ... More

Home buying experience was very seamless. Monica walked us through the whole process from showing us the home to closing. We are very excited to enjoy our new home and make many years of memory.

Everyone was courteous and informative during my home buying process. Even afterwards, if I had any concerns about the house, the builder(Mauricio) would make sure that it’s taking care of in a timely manner.
