From the moment I walked into their sales office, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the sales representative (Reggie) was very knowledgeable about the homes they had available. Throughout the buying process, I was impressed with how organized and professional the Khovnanian team was. My family and I decided to move from one side of the state to the other. After looking around online i called and spoke to Leslye. She answered all of my questions honestly, even when it pertained to how Firefly compared to another property. From that point on, the process was very easy and I could not have been happier with the way everyone answered questions and helped us through this process. Moving a long distance is not easy but it felt easier because of the help K. Hovnanian Homes provided.

The floor plan was perfect for us and we are so happy we selected K Hovnanian. We love our beautiful home. The entire process was easy and we did much of it online since we didn’t live local we would have preferred a paint upgrade if it were offered since the contractor grade is not great. The builder team was organized and carefully scheduled. We knew just what to expect next and knew when to expect it. The community manager was excellent and has a real attention to detail.

We were quite pleased with the construction of our home, the responsiveness of all Hovnavian personel involved, and their attention to detail whenever we discussed any issue.

The purchase process was easy and everyone was very professional. I would recommend K.Hov to anyone looking to move to the VA area. The builder was very informative during the gold key walk through and thoroughly explained what to expect once we move in and explained the appliances to us such as how to winterize our home, how to shut off the gas, water and anything else helpful we may need to know incase of an emergency with the gas or water.

The process of buying the house was easy. It was my first house and the seller was very patient, providing me with all the information upfront and sending me update regularly while they were building the house. Also I got to visit it many times and was informed of all the features. I even made a change in the middle of the construction, I add tiles to a bedroom instead of carpet. The seller and the builder agreed to do it, thank to good communication and flexibility. I highly recommend them. From my sales person to my upgrade design consultant, my mortgage consultant, my construction manager, the quality of my new home, it was all quite easy and a wonderful experience. KHOV, has a great team that truly care about their buyers.

I'm the third person in my family to purchase a KHOV home! The homebuying process is always stressful, but I closed 3 months ago (within a month of signing the contract), and I am happy with my purchase.
