This was our 2nd new build home and this time it was taking place between the craziest time in the housing market (supply chain issues, rate increases, inflationary) but the team at K Hovanian did an outstanding job communicating and being a great resource. They have an excellent team of sales, builder and warranty folks at their disposal that made the experience seamless. Their contract was fair, the value was excellent and their technology was unmatched. Best buying experience. Would buy again!!

From the very beginning of our process ours Sales Representative Darryl was very thorough, listened to what we were looking for in our forever home, and he’s super approachable! That same gentle demeanor carried on, with the community managers Brent and John! The entire team (financing, underwriting, trade contractors, etc.) was so responsive and did everything they could to both ensure things remained on pace and went as smoothly as possible with all the unpredictable happenings in the industry today. Signed contract in December 2021, construction began in January and closed on property in June. Exceptional experience with KHov during these times when a lot of builders are experiencing a lot of delays

We were not local to DFW and we didn't even have to fly even once everything was smoothly handled by sales agent Danielle through zoom meetings for contract signing, design session. the first time we walked into the model home to the final walk through we were treated like we were the top priority. Everything was laid out in steps and followed. Issues were brought up right away and discussed no surprises. For the past year with all the shipping delays and product shortages we were kept in the loop at every point. Our home buying experience was very smooth with KHOV . Jared was great with explaining everything to us since it was our first home buying experience. Mike did a great job providing updates on the build and even checked in on us after we had moved in. Galina and Diane were in charge of processing our loan since we used KHOV lender, they both were in constant contact with us to assure we had no issues at our closing date. Warranty department is quick to reply to our requests and assist with any minor issues we have had. We are very happy with our beautiful home.
