We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with K Hov. No question nor concern was left unaddressed by the time we arrived at closing. Our construction manager was quick to provide honest and helpful advice along the way. Our sales consultant kept us in the loop and supported us through and through. We couldn't be happier with our new home. We hope to work again and build with K Hov in the future and have already been recommending K Hov to our friends for their future plans! Our construction manager, Christian, was very helpful and informative. We loved receiving updates every week of what got done and what was planned. Heather, our sales representative, was very kind and helped make choosing which house we wanted very easy and was very transparent.

So far so good. My experience with K Hovnanian Homes has been good. If I have an issue they are quick to respond and friendly. Mauricio and his team are pretty awesome. I am a satisfied new homeowner. From buying it to closing it was a pretty smooth process.

Moved from the West Coast to Texas, what a great state.. decided to put down roots here.. living on a sailboat in Kemah TX we thought we would move onto land for a while.. looked at apartment’s then a few houses… then one day about 7 months ago we drove up to Pasadena to look into the idea of a maintenance free Townhouse… Drove into Parkway Trails… we were given the tour of the model choices by a wonderful person..
