We had a wonderful experience with Bill, Fred, Nikki and Randy. Sincere communication from the start. Any glitches were fixed satisfactorily. My guests are impressed with the grandeur of my new home and the finishing touches that were included. We had security knowing we chose K.Hovnanian and the reputation of the company.

easy to work with during building process.

Good experience from start to finish other than the delays because of PG&E. Once construction started everything was great. Great communication with sales rep. Received almost every weekly updates on the building progress.

Every one was very personable. Attended to any issues in a timely fashion.

Overall it was a great experience. Our project manager would send us weekly E-mail’s with information about the building process for that week, and that continued throughout the build. Everyone was great. From the sales office to the design team. I am glad we went with K Hovnanian!

Curtis helped us secure our desired lot and was responsive to our inquiry. Kristen helped us design the home of our dreams and assisted in the selection of the perfect combination of products - she was so easy to work with. Mike was the definition of a perfect Project Manager - he was responsiveness while we were building from a distance - always taking calls and sending much appreciated pictures. He helped us get the home to be our home in every way possible. Jessica in KHOV Mortgage was a godsend! From the very beginning she made herself available to answer every question about the financing process and was an absolute professional! She helped us navigate through the approval process and interest rate determination and was a therapist, too, calming our nerves all the while keeping us updated with the latest statuses. Marcia in the closing and settlement department is a top-notch asset to your organization. She knows her job thoroughly and was able to assist us at every turn making sure we settled on time! The experience was very professional.

Home buyers can really trust the work and level of craftsmanship of the builder. Questions are quickly answered, and you can trust that the builder wants you to move into a nice home. That is clearly one of his goals.

I had a very good experience when purchasing my home. The home was just starting to be built and was only a foundation when I purchased it. The process of having the home built was relatively simple Michael the project manager kept me up to date on progress through phone calls, text messages, and emails. The home was completed within the time frames I was originally provided there were no delays. The home seems to be good quality with appropriate thought going into the small details.

Spend more time asking questions during the initial purchase time. I was disappointed that certain areas were extra and did not know about them-example completion of the garage interior and extra charge for second outside fixture. There were other areas I am not aware existed until after talking to other residents.

My objective was to find a 55+ gated community near to Disney. From the start of purchasing of my Sandpiper Villa with an honest salesman (Curtis) who guided me through the pricing of the lot, upgrade options, and still stays in touch with me to this day. The build process with my Construction Manager Carlos, kept me updated via weekly FaceTime, pics, and walk thru's, helping to ensure the quality of construction was over the top. It was smooth sailing from beginning to end with Barbara, our sales agent who sent us photos and updates regularly during the different phases of the building process. She was professional, knowledgeable and informative as well as personable and genuine. What a pleasure to work with Barbara!

Sales Rep "Amy" from K. Hov was excellent & stayed in contact throughout the process. Rate: Excellent. Project Manager "Mike" attended to ALL our inquiries immediately & continued to be available after we moved in to rectify any minor touch-up needs. "Mike" kept us informed from start to finish & beyond. Mike was very good on our Walk-through's & on our delivery date and addressed any & all of our requests for service. Very thorough & would highly recommend both Mike & Amy to friends or family. We are very Happy with our new K. Hov. home & the community at Four Seasons/ Sun City West Az.

Our builder Dave was awesome. His constant communication and forward thinking was a tremendous asset for us especially since we did not live in the area.
