I believe Eban and Debra are exceptional. Sales and project management at Baymont Farms are first rate. They both care about their clients. They are knowledgeable, honest and responsive. They were upfront about delays. They explained why a delay occurred, and the corrective actions taken to fix the issue.. I also have to mention Joe. We had a minor water problem in our basement just after settlement. Joe was on it immediately and stayed in touch throughout. He made certain we were completely satisfied. I think these 3 individuals are Outstanding!

The people at K. Hov make the home building process easy. They aim to please.

The entire experience was positive. The sales office was accessible. The sales team (Wendy!) was terrific. She was quick to respond to all my questions. She sent weekly pics throughout the build of my house. The building supervisor who did my walk through with me was also very polite, patient, and answered all my questions. I have bought new builds before (3 in fact) and this was by far my best experience.

Weekly progress updates were invaluable.

We really love our new home by K-hovnanian. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the construction management team provided us with excellent service during the entire process. The design center was also exceptional in providing final design services. Great home at an excellent value!

Tim kept us informed during all phases. He responded to our concerns and questions in a timely manner. Tim turned over to us a fine house which we are happy to make our home. I will recommend him to others.

I can only express my feelings and how I was treated. This person as far as I am concerned deserves a hundred stars. He presents himself well, knows what has to be done, and it gets done. When I called with questions, the phone calls were always returned. great guy, and I loved working with him

We can't say enough good things about our home building experience. From Monica in the Sales office, Jocelyn in the Design Center and to our Project Manager Nick it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We even closed on our home one week earlier than predicted. From the initial encounter at the sales office through the closing, the transition into my new home was seamless. Everyone involved in the acquisition of my home was not only kind and considerate, but very knowledgeable and professional. The quality and workmanship of my home is unsurpassed. The project manager proved accessible and accommodating to my needs. My overall experience with KHOV is very positive. I highly recommend this builder and will not hesitate to buy from them should the need arise in the future.

With a new home, there are different problems. When we have a problem, I call it in, and then the repair happens. Very nice to see they stand behind their workers.

Great value for the money! From sales agent to roofer, everyone is intent on creating a quality home.

Overall the experience was good except for the design center. I didn't think the representative was properly trained, had sufficient experience or understood our needs as buyers. KHOV isn't a custom builder but we did hope for some flexibility in our options. We weren't give the chance to order and pay for additional cabinets and the choices we had to pick from were very limited. Even slight changes seemed to present a problem even though we knew what we wanted at the initial contract signing. I would like the decision makers to think outside of the box when the buyers are willing to pay extra for changes. Great reputation and they lived up to it, added a pool by American Pools and I suggest they dump them, they caused so much grief and because of their delays, cost me THOUSANDS of extra dollars in closing costs and interest rates

The entire process from the sales office to construction was great. I truly enjoyed working with our building supervisor/manager who called and provided updates on a weekly basis. Brent kept us updated throughout the entire process. We have purchased two other homes in different parts of the country and this build was by far the best. The entire K. Hovnanian team worked to make this construction build the most stress free we have completed. The community is great and we are enjoying the area. If you are thinking of purchasing a new home we strongly recommend K. Hovnanian.

The construction manager was really on top of the process. Always knew what was happening with the construction. Also answered my questions promptly. This is my fifth time building a new home and one of the best experiences.

Excellent communication. Khov supply chain is having problems with final items such as missing shutters.

Every person we have met with has been courteous and respectful.

Our new home is in a great location and the experience working with the builder was good. We really liked working with the Superintendent throughout the build. He kept us very informed and called us every week once they started building.
