The whole process was pleasant and with no major difficulties. Small issues during walk through were resolved by the closing. Very happy with purchase.

Their first is of the highest quality. No company is perfect, but when they had an issue, their response was impressive. Great organization.

Other than the problem is that the builder cannot control, material shortage and whether the process was very good. Frustration with delays were not anything that could be laid on the builder since the whole world is dealing with these issues.

Highly recommend KHov. We are so very happy in our new home.

For a national builder they would rank high compared to other builders that we have had experience with. A few things that this location should have is a hot tub especially since it is a 55 and older community.

Our project manager Tim was great to deal with and Michelle in the warrantee and home repair area has been great with any issues that have come up. Working on our 45 day punch list now and moving along nicely. Steve in the sales office has been very helpful through the whole process.

Shea was wonderful to work with and always explained things to me in a way I could understand.

House is structurally sound, but there were, and still are many cosmetic things, i.e. sloppy painting and trim work that need to be addressed

Love our house and issues are being addressed. Wish the contractor were more careful but That is the world we live in. Quality is generally good.

As with a new build, You must be "patient" and be educated on how a new build of your home transforms. This is a new norm unfortunately of delays both from materials and the labor workforce. The problem is with every builder in the industry. The end result was well worth the wait. Communication is the key to a positive outcome.

The support personnel are stellar. The company cut corners for profit. When you pay for upgrades, make sure they are. For example, quartz instead of granite. $2 plants in front of the house is landscaping? For the price paid, a refrigerator wasn’t included, neither a washer or dryer. Not even a credit. The first thing you see entering the house is the seams in the vinyl siding. This house was almost $600K, not $300K…have I made my point.

When the house was being built, we were not contacted at the different mill stones. We did not meet the builder until final inspection.

We love our home. We had a few things that were not quite ready at settlement but were taken care of promptly. Dylan is an outstanding job supervisor. He took care of everything we needed done.

We absolutely love our new home! We’ve met som wonderful people. As with any new community I’m sure there’s room for improvement but we are happy we chose Four Seasons as our final & forever home

Overall my experience with this home purchase has been good. The only issue I may voice will be the builders response to correcting building flaws. If this occurs in a timely manner my experience will continue to be good, if not it will result in a very poor experience.

The builders try very hard to bring everything together.

I thought they said they’d replace filter in 30 days and it hasn’t happened in my first 2 1/2 months. Also promised a replacement closure for the bent one on my screened in porch door. Missing a downspout piece to divert water from my house in the front. But overall , love my house!

All the people at K Hovanian Homes are wonderful. Unfortunately the build quality is not. The Sales Person, Loan Manager and Project Manager have all been extremely helpful and friendly, and approached our interactions with a personal touch. The designers have created floor plans that are creative and livable, and maximize the use of space. However the contractors let this team down, with numerous examples of sloppy work, poor quality and unprofessional finishing, particularly with concrete, drywall, painting, tiling and finish work. I have to keep reminding myself that these are cookie-cutter homes that are built down to a price rather than up to a standard. I realize each contract is probably awarded to the lowest bid, and contractors want to be in and out of each home as quickly as possible, with minimum time, minimum cost and maximum profit. It appears that construction speed and volume are prioritized over quality. Other mass produced products such as consumer goods, cars, electronics and appliances focus on quality and customer satisfaction. These homes are priced at the premium end of the market where quality and attention to detail should be expected, but both are missing in the initial build. The Project Manager has been diligent in getting contractors back to correct and re-work areas of concern, but this is time consuming and frustrating. I would recommend KHov for their people and floor plan designs. But pay close attention to build quality as the home is being constructed and hopefully you can address issues before moving in. ... Nothing is perfect. So goes the home buying experience. Could it have been better? YES In the long run, all said and done, we are getting settled in and are happy with our purchase. They do follow up on any problems quickly and efficiently. Is the grass greener on the other side of the street? It never is.

The staff in our community have been wonderful working under a lot of pressure and with many trades. For a new home we were disappointed in the quality of the workmanship we spent the first month and 1/2 having people in an out of our home fixing things that should have been done upfront. We still have one item outstanding to be addressed we paid for high-end cabinets and the installation was less than impressive. Michelle and Tim worked very hard to assist us in working on getting the trades into address our issues, but here we are with the one outstanding issue.
