I’ve passed by Cobblestone community many times before I decided to buy the house. I had thought the price would be crazy because of the location and the quality of the house. However, we came into a surprise when we finally checked out the house. Price is reasonable with good quality and nice looking house. Definitely recommend KB Homes to others!

Our sales Rep Kirin was great and the finance team made it as easy as pie buying a car was more difficult but the KB team made it easy and smooth would highly recommend this team!!

Excellent customer services over all, Especially finance and warranty department. Quick response for any questions. Good follow up even after the closing. They just need to improve the quality of the contractors and cleaners.

As a overall experience, things went decent. But there are places where KB Homes must listen to customers voice and their concerns than going with the process which is not helping customers, For my house, the price was reduced by 10k on the KB website and the major house selling portals like Zillow/refin etc. immediate next day after I signed the house. We all know the price reductions are as per market/industry situations. When asked, I was told that the price reduction is a mistake.

The experience from day 1 has been outstanding and exceeded expectations. Now we just need help in getting a broken kitchen cabinet repaired. The screw in the foor hinge fell out. Can we get some help. We have been waiting well over a week. Candy is aware. Matthew

Great building experience with KB. Meet all of the timelines, and the team kept us updated with photos and progress reports on a weekly basis.

All in all very happy with home.. As we get more organized in the home we have details that we come across that needs to be address. I feel that when we call my husband and I get the “we should have know about this soo et”. It’s hard moving into a home and trying to see what need to be addressed all at once doesn t always happen.. In addition, the items that need to be address always takes up to three weeks for someone to fix it.. Feels very unorganized and we had to reach out FYI complete our 10 and 30 day where I feel that KB home should have some accountability to notify us.. very frustrating when you see the Supervisors sitting in the car watching the other houses being built... ... The process of the home building was smooth! The quality of the tiles horrible. Tiles were really dirty not happy about. You can see the caulking all tiles paint on the caulking horrible!!

KB was great to work with in the process of buying a home. Each step throughout was handled with ease by the professionals and made me feel like I was missing something because it was such a smooth process. I would recommend KB Builders to family and friends.

The buying process was great. Everyone was professional and very helpful. After we moved in there was great follow up.

Good overall for first time buyer, but it would have been better. Our cabinet had a few issues, so we have to replace a fews. But the installation date was not fulfilled on first appointment, so we have to reschdeule to get it done. I'm not sure if it is normal but we didn't realized until moved in is that the back yard had so many hazard materials on and in ground as we working on landscapes. But overall, I would definitely recommending KBhome. In fact, I already have many friends looking into it.

KB Employees have been fantastic to work with like Kirin, Thomas, and Daniel. However, it’s the trade partners KB has selected to use that brings your marks down. For example, our cabinets delayed the closing of our home several weeks, we are missing sensors for our HVAC, we paid for Ethernet ports at the design meeting which were ultimately installed, but wired to nowhere because no one notified us (including the consultant) that we would also need a panel in our laundry room. The Ethernet port issue doesn’t seem like a big issue to most, but now we are in our dream home and every work day my wife is reminded of the error because she needs to jump through extra hoops to connect to her work wirelessly instead of a simple hardwire. ... We moved in, and shortly after, the COVID19 quarantine went into effect. So, this had a bearing on the responsiveness to our requests. The biggest plus are the people we have been in contact with to address our issues. They are quick to answer our emails. This is our second new KB home, and we immediately noticed a better service and product from our first experience 11 years ago. I understand that the models are “cookie cutter,” with many upgraded options, but it would be nice if some structural items could be changed, like a pocket door or garage options that wouldn’t change the engineering structure of the home. The loan experience was the best for me. There was no pressure. Lisa was so helpful. She walked me through the process. She made me feel relaxed and happy. So much so I recommended KB to my friends who were looking to buy.

They want you to sign the contract. Give tou the house unfinish. Had alot of issues. Until not its not resolved. Promises promises promiese BS.
