Overall, our home buying experience with KB Homes was positive. They are attentive and have gone above and beyond to accommodate minor repairs and touch-ups (misaligned cabinets, tile grout repair, paint touchup, locksmith). Furthermore, the staffs are professional and frequently check in to verify that things are in order and offer additional repairs where needed. The cherry on top was the garage epoxy floor that they gifted us, it was a pleasant surprise! George and Julie have been great to work with. Thank you for a great experience!

I love the neighborhood you developed, and I love the decor. The only thing I'm not happy with is the floor, which is uneven and always noisy

Design studios helped us pick out options via video conference and it worked great for us. Purchase process went pretty smooth and we did all online except signing in person wet signature with notary. Touch up some last minute repair was made timely and we are happy with overall results. The entire purchasing process from the beginning to the end went very smoothly. And they provided relevant services along the way, from loans to escrow closing. And they were excellent in following up at each step of the process. In addition, the house design looks good and modern.

While I purchased a model home, and so did not complete the process with KB Homes studio, Aubrey and Danielle on the sales side and Ben and George on the support side post-purchase, have all been fantastic. The build quality is five-star and so is the responsiveness of the KB Homes support staff. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience throughout the buying process, starting with meeting Girlie in the sales office. She was patient and kind, and made sure every hurdle that came up was taken care of. After move in, when we needed a minor issues fixed, Ben and George were very responsive and took care of concerns quickly
