great experience with everyone on the KB team. always followed up and answered all questions we had.

We purchased a new home from KB Homes with finishes that were picked by a prior customer. We love everything from the flooring to the counters and the open layout. We had 1 issue with the garage door opener and the builder's manager Josh took care of it with 24 hours. Our house is our forever home and we thank KB Homes!!

Timeliness and timeline provided of build was on point. Builders provided great workmanship and were very concerned to ensure everything was perfect. Any little issue I had they responded quickly and found a solution to correct the problem extremely fast. It was all about customer service.

KB Home is an excellent building company with an outstanding combination of workmanship, quality, and affordability with professional and friendly staff and service!

Overall people at KB are nice. However, need to improve the partner Sunpower and the escrow. The escrow has not transfer the file to the HOA yet and it closed about 2 months ago.

My family and I are extremely happy in our new KB Home. The superintendent who built our home is amazing and very communicative with the home owners. We are excited to build our future in our new KB Home!

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. At no point have I ever felt pressured or stressed out. After you move in they actually come by the check if everything is okay. They wave when I drive down the street. Once you buy a KB home you really will feel like KB family. It’s weird but true.

We first spoke with Sherrilyn, she was extremely knowledgeable and made buying a home easy. She gave us a great first tour of the homes and was very personal and was great to work with. It was an awesome experience to speak and work with the supervisor Daniel as he was very interested in making sure we knew he was there for us in any situation. Daniel continues to check in with us for any issues. We had a small water leak in the garage from the hot water heater and as soon as we found it and called Daniel, he had the leak fixed and the sheet rock around it replaced within 24 hours. From the start buying , during construction process , they always are ready to work with us. Good communication skills.
