The sales and support team at KB Homes is excellent. The builder is very professional and very attentive to my needs. I am very satisfied with my home purchase.

Took a little while, but my punch list of items to fix after I moved in was addressed except for one issue which is still being worked on. I'm very happy with my new house!

Deborah had our interests at heart and really went out of her way to make the long buying experience much less painful. She was available to answer our questions, and ensure we had, and understood, each step of the buying process. She facilitated the process and made it easier.

Great Home! This is my first home purchase and I got to say that the the whole overall process was great! If you can afford to purchase a home here in this section it's well worth the investment.

Although we moved into a home surrounded by lots under construction, the crew was always friendly and considerate in leaving the area swept and orderly at the end of the day.

Our family absolutely loves our KB Home! From the design to the details we were able to add at the studio we're in love. Beginning with the first steps of our purchase with the sales crew (Michael and Deb) I was impressed with their transparency and communication. At the studio, Debbie was extremely helpful as the choices were abundant. She understood we had a price range in mind and with her guidance we were able to design a killer home. Of course, with Covid this wasn't an ideal situation, but the crews pressed on and delivered our home within the time frame given. The process took 6 months, which is about what was expected from the original estimate. The house turned out beautifully, and my family and I are thrilled with the result. In addition to the quality of the final product, all of the KB staff have been and continue to be wonderful in terms of consistent communication and following up on requests/inquiries. I would recommend this branch of KB to anyone looking for a new home.

We had a few issues that were handle, but unsure how they were missed in the walkthroughs. For example the wrong interior paint was used, cracked shower pan, sloppy re paint and cable hider was not installed correctly. Customer service team has done an awesome job.

I don't like surprises neither good nor bad. And that's what you get from KB Home. Everything was delivered as promised and as chosen at purchase time. That's a good thing.

The people we have dealt with have been great. The attention to detail of the final product needs more quality control. We have had some minor issues that probably should have been caught in the building process.

Check things carefully in your walk throughs. I was so excited to see it, I didn’t notice things that are bothering me now.

Minor flaws- but your staff responds quickly.

From the sales staff, to the people helping to get our house perfect, the experience has been great. Like any new home, there were items that needed to be fixed. The KB team was responsive and brought everything up to our expectations. My only issue was with the tech sub contractor, they left a cat5 wire with no connector.

New homes and all there energy saving qualities are the way to go

The sales office was great. My rep kept me apprised of status, progress and timeline. I felt like the KBHS team could have done a better job 'coaching' on the phase of the loan progress. Multiple times, months would go by without notice and then there was an immediate required action item that was crucial to he loan process, which created a lot of unnecessary stress. I also had to specifically call out issues and updates that were required to be made in my closing summary statements multiple times. Had I not put the effort to perform details reviews of my closing summary, I'm certain they would not have been caught which would have resulted in me paying excess fees; again unnecessary stress for something that should have been a seamless and generally exciting/enjoyable process. ...
