My KB Homes experience was great. From sales (Leslie), design center (Audrey-Bella Vista), to the project manager (Marley). I used my own lender. I received an update every week about the progress of my home, and I felt I could call and ask anyone a question at any time, and I did. I would and have recommended KB Homes to friends. Thanks for making the process so easy!!

Great experience from start to finish.

KB was terrific from start to finish on the whole process. They are upfront and clear on providing information as well as explaining points if you don't understand.

From looking at the homes in Bella Vista, to choosing a home to purchase, to working the deal, to final work done & walk through before closing, to closing was the best home buying expereience ever!

Building my first semi construction home with KB has been the greatest experience ever. My sales representative set the tone for the awesome experience I was going to experience. From signing my contract to studio design to pre construction and the final walk through I could not be happier with KB. I have been in my home for a month now and so far have not had any issues with them home. The care and attention that went into my home was absolutely amazing. I'm so happy to be in my new home

From the moment we stepped into the KB model home office and met Marbelia, our experience with KB Homes has been exceptional. Marbelia patiently walked us through every detail, answering our questions and making us feel confident in our decision to purchase one of their houses that was ready to move in. Navigating the financing process can often be a source of stress and uncertainty, but thanks to Anthony and Tara from KB Home finance, our experience was remarkably smooth and efficient. They worked tirelessly to ensure our financing went through quickly, with minimal back-and-forth communication. I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the process was, with only two clarifications needed on our part. KB Finance truly sets the standard for professionalism and efficiency. During the home inspection, we encountered a few minor issues, as expected. However, Cristian from KB Homes was incredibly responsive and addressed most of these concerns promptly. He also provided clear explanations when certain issues were within state code regulations. It's evident that KB Homes takes pride in their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Our sales Rep Ann was absolutely amazing! She is always there to answer questions and always provided weekly updates. Jon and Leah the PMs were awesome they provided weekly updates and helpful tips and were very knowledgeable. This KB team at the Hills is an All Star team!

Leslie was very professional and communicated well with me. Christian and Marley also were helpful during my way through. Again…I was living in AZ during my build. I am currently still living in AZ, so I cannot comment on anything in the house at this time. One issue I was disappointed in was a day or two after I closed on my house I noticed an ant problem in my garage. I contacted KB, but no one would respond to my issue, except to tell me to spray for them.

The sales rep regularly touch base and check in to see if everything is going well or if I have any questions.

People were either 100% amazing or 100% not helpful, caused issues and just plain didn’t care.

While the home is a beautiful home, the journey was miserable. Most issues were handled but the concrete work was poor.

While many of the folks we’ve worked with throughout the buying process (from sales, to design, through building, to closing & post-move in) have been WONDERFUL.. our overall experience has left much to be desired. Disappointed with the quality of appliances - even though we purchased the gourmet option and upgraded appliances). And if you work from home, have kids, or simply enjoy spending time in your backyard… DO NOT buy a lot/home if there will be homes under construction within 7-10 lots in either direction. The trades do not respect homeowners and blare their music all day - and on Saturdays. We have lived here for 2 months and have yet to be able to keep our windows open most of the time. We spoke with the neighbor 3 doors down from us that closed about a week before us - and they said they’ve complained numerous times as well - to no avail. Construction noise is to be expected for sure - but blaring mariachi music is ridiculous. Lastly, not everyone takes much pride in ownership? Lawns are overgrown, weeds. Many folks buy into an HOA community for the pleasant aesthetic and some here just don’t care. I wish we had picked a different community; but fingers crossed that things improve. ... More
