During our walk through the house we observed some short comings due to some things that may have been overlooked,but as we pointed them out to Samuel he quickly motioned to fix it. As I mentioned,Samuel never failed us ,he and his team worked hard and resolved our issues. I thank him and his team for an excellent job well done.

Great first time home buyer experience with KB

From the get go all salesman and KB employees were great to work with from the design center to on site sales to the construction supervisor, got us into our new home on the time we we’re told and given. Great experience.

It was a great experience and I’m completely satisfied.

I am very happy with my home. KB Homes have a feeling that make you feel at home. The home has been very nice since i moved in. There were some things that needed to be fixed and KB homes sent someone out to check it out quickly. I would buy another KB homes as my primary residence because their homes just have a homey feel to them.

I had a rewarding home-buying experience. Amanda and Lee assisted me throughout the whole home-building process. I am a new home buyer and had no clue what was in store for me. I am grateful to KB for their help and for allowing me to ask so many questions. They are a knowledgeable company and are focused on the quality of their work and ease of the home buyer throughout the process. They assist the homebuyer based on their level of experience in this business. I am happy and content.

From the minute i entered the model home to the day my home closed i had the upmost customer service in all areas of the home buying process from the sales rep, to the mortgage lender, and thru the building process..thanks KB for my lovely home and great experience!

Overall was a smooth and easy process from the start, Stephanie, Mark and Andrea were great and helpful, every time I needed help or had a question they were there for helping me out. The construction manager was also very nice and helpful. My experience with KB was amazing and I will definitely recommend it.

I really liked the studio experience and being able to pick my finishes was one of the reasons I bought with KB homes. The price for what you get is very good and the upgrades didn’t cost an arm and a leg.

KB built us a beautiful home! Dave and Johnnie were amazing throughout the process and were great at keeping us informed on the progress. We wish we had a bigger yard but overall we are thrilled!

Our contractors were and still are amazing with communication and fixing anything we have needed. We are extremely happy with our home purchase, We just wish the sales agent was just as good with communication as the actual contractors are. A few things we hit a snag on but decided to overlook because how great everyone else on property has been. Aside from the home the HOA could be a bit of a pain which makes the overall experience here a bit overwhelming.

Starting with the KB Home real estate agents. They are very professional, knowledgeable and very curtesy with the buyers. KB agent Naomi kept me informed weekly after signing my contract and after the closing too! The mortgage team manger Victoria were excellent in the mortgage process and the negotiations of the sale. I felt very satisfied with the negotiated price, incentives offered, the closing cost and interest offered by KB. The Construction Team Supervisor Bobby did an exceptional job in the construction schedule has planned, maintained the cost planned, and completed the technical requirement on time. He kept me informed of construction status weekly and after the closing is always following up to see if everything is going well with the house. My family and I had a great experience on the home-buying process with KB. Our new house looks great, and we are loving it! KB has been very responsive on the requests we had. We are definitely happy.
