As a first-time buyer, we were very intimidated by the process of buying a new home. The KB team was extremely helpful and helped us navigate this very complex process from start to end. Overall experience was still great despite some delays which in most part due to factors which the builder have little control of.

I love the community ! The whole process was so smooth didnt have no issues with the builder and the constructions manager. If I had something I didn't like they will come fix asap very good communications with the whole team ! Love it !!

The entire purchasing process from the beginning to the end went very smoothly. And they provided relevant services along the way, from loans to escrow closing. And they were excellent in following up at each step of the process. In addition, the house design looks good and modern.

it’s very nice and affordable

Rod, Efren, and Mike were all godsends. There were things that I had trouble with and they fixed or asked me about it faster than I could inform them. When Best Buy refused to bring my washer, dryer and refrigerator inside , they happily helped bring them inside. As a young single woman without many people to help that was a highlight of my move-I’m experience. I was never upset with the builders if things were pushed back because that is part of the process. I am happy to say that if I had an issue right now, after closing, they would promptly address it. This was an excellent first time homeowner experience. Thank you guys!! ... More

Overall great experience with the KB team

We loved the attention to details and great customer service every time we interacted with KB Team.

I have only had experience with one other builder in my area and KB Home is just 10 times better. They are responsive and fully staffed to address issues systematically.

My experience with the KB team has been absolutely amazing. It has been the best experience from beginning and to the end with their communication, down to the details of my home. They truly made this a stress free experience. This is my forever home and I am truly in love with my home.

Really satisfied with the result as the builder showed excellent work. Daniel is super responsive and will constantly give you updates on the building process of the new home, which is super nice. He is also patient with any questions during the process, Anthony explains it very well during the walkthrough and is also capable of quickly resolving issues. Very trustworthy people.
