From the day we signed the contract with KB Homes and when we moved in, we have been so happy with the home and service we are receiving, which is very important especially now a days. We have been working with Michelle and Mike on everything and they are so easy and nice to work with. They certainly are in the right business and know how to treat their homeowners. KB has a wonderful staff all around who tend to every question and have great responses to any issues that may arise with quick return. Amazing homes and process overall.

Sales office was great. Options studio was fun. Took a little long on the build side, but haven’t had any issues with the house once I got it

Mr Greg has been very helpful. He is always ready to offer his time to us when we have questions. Updates us weekly as well. Easy to approach.

This is my first home and at first i was very scared about buying home that how it will be.I didn't know how to go with the procedure but the great things was The salea person i would like to mention his name Jhon.He was very great and describe all the things that i didn't understand.All the teams of KB HOMES were great.sales person, studio,Loan officer.with all there help finally i have my keys in my hand. I will definitely recomend my relatives and friends to come with KB HOMES if you need better and best home.

We love our new KB home. It is a very high quality built home. KB took the stress out of our home buying experience. They were very honest and transparent throughout the build. Our Construction Mgr. Mario is very quick to respond to all of our concerns. The KB team was very friendly and we highly recommend KB homes.
