Awesome sales personnel, they work with you from the start and after closing. Construction manager is always there to help. KB loans will work strong with you so are able to close.

My team from the start, with my sales associate, then my building contractor made my choices and decisions run smoothly. At the end my loan processor Arturo, made it happen for me, never gave up on me, and my circumstances, for that, I am grateful! And I love my new home!

My experience from day 1 with KB Homes was exciting and professional. Rhonda at the sale office made me feel welcome and comfortable with the community and my selection. Then when I went to the design studio ANNIE made it a pleasure to work with and assisted me A MAN in designing my wonderful home. Through the entire process I was worried about the cost. I was soo worried until Rhonda even offered for me to change communities even if she would not get credit. She let me look at numerous homes to ensure I was getting what I wanted. They kept us updated along the entire process. Sent pix, had phone calls. They did best to get us in as soon as possible. The title company ended up holding things up in the end, which was a disappointment. Delayed us about a week.

The moment I arrived at the sales office, I knew right away that I did not have to shop around specially after touring the model homes. It was my first stop and I did not have to think twice. With nice looking homes, great plans and affordable price, I made a decision to purchase a KB Home that same day.

The home buying process was easier than we expected with KB and the price point was reasonable for a new build. We love this house and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. They are there for you even after the sale and the quality never waivers.

My home is beautiful and is exactly as I had hoped it would be!
