The buying process was simple and pleasant. Our selling agent was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. The Superintendent of the job site was very on top of everything and quick to respond when concerns came up. The only downside was the changing of our move-in date due to weather and material back order, other than that everything was great and would recommend others to purchase from Kb.

He ensured to look into any questions I had and provide a timely response or forward requested information.
