I used to live in an apartment 3 miles from my new home. I love the area, quietness and convenience to multiple variations of stores within a 5 to 10 miles radius. Enjoy the local parks Alexander Deussen and Sheldon Lake park as well as local lakes among a 3-5 miles drive. It is such a great location and community to live and enjoy. KB home affordable price and quality in their home is something I am proud to have made the choice to built with them. My experience with KB Homes was just Great from day 1. I give my greatest thanks to every single person that was part of my purchase starting from. Jose was my sales person he was friendly, easy to deal with and knowledgeable.Michelle and Veronica was on point on every step getting my mortgage papers and the closing date. We have had some nickel and dime issues with the home. Chad has been on top of everything. He even came to our home to replace a broken lamp even a lightbulb. He fixed our door and the back sliding door. We’re just so overwhelmed that he is so good to us, it is obvious that he loves his job and he is faithful to Kb Homes. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service. We really appreciate you. We feel so comforted knowing that there’s someone there to help us when we need them. Thank you Kb Homes buyer.

The whole team performed with a customer centered focus. From the sales contract to final closing an emphasis was placed on supporting my decisions. The team made frequent contact with me during each phase of construction. All questions were answered and the time-frames conveyed to me were accurate.

5 stars from start to finish. Melissa in sales was extremely helpful, patient and answered all of our questions. We visited many new home communities and she’s the reason we purchased at Cooper ranch. She’s an asset to your team. Kim at the design studio is very knowledgeable and was never pushy at all just provided honest feedback on all options. Annie in lending is extremely smart and committed to her craft. No matter the time of day, holiday weekend, she always responded to emails very fast. Jason walked our home with us to ensure no detail was missed and was completed to perfection.
