We recently purchased a brand new KB Home in Hollister, and the experience was so easy. Buying a home is a big financial and sort of scary decision and the staff at KB Homes was amazing. They helped us figure out what we could afford and helped us figure out financing. It was very nice to have the experts hold our hands through the process. Additionally, the construction staff is simply amazing! The walk throughs were fun and informative, and the two times we needed small repairs, they were scheduled and done the same day. The gentleman that came for repairs also noticed a small ding in the wall from our movers and fixed it even though it was not KB's fault that it happened. He also touched up the paint for us as well. I like the parts that I get to customize my choices based on my preferences. The best upgrade is being able to have Ethernet socket in each room to plug cable directly if necessary. Buying a brand new house costs less than bidding and buying used house. No need to worry about plumbing issues.

The KB home team are so professional. They disclosed everything upfront and that’s very important as a buyer. The time of completions are very accurate. Quality of the the construction of the house is very good. All the warranties they offered are amazing, even with the third parties like the appliances and other systems in the house. The location of this track is just amazing. Easy access to freeways, schools and the airport. I’m extremely happy with my purchase experience!

Danelle at the sales office was really great at getting me information and helping me through the buying process. For a first time homebuyer this was really helpful. The entire team including the lending and construction teams made every work very well and allowed the closing to go super smoothly. I would recommend this for any new homebuyer.

Klay was very convincing and one of the reasons why we bought a KB Home. Brian was very honest and always keeping us updated on the volatile interest rate and advised us on locking the rate before it went higher. John was very accomodating and meticulous during the costruction phase. He caught contractor's mistake and got them fixed so it won't delay the completion and move in dates. John was also very responsive in getting the punchlists and warranty items taken cared of. We had an overall great experience with our KB Home buying process.

Our realtor convinced us to walkthrough model homes and new builds for sale through KB Homes at Roberts Ranch and we absolutely fell in love. Our experience with the builders' agent, Michelle, was fantastic from the start and she felt like a part of our team throughout the process. I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT KB HOME. I BOUGHT A HOME THAT WAS A HOME THAT FELL OUT OF ESCROW SO I WAS ABLE TO CLOSE VERY QUICKLY. LOVE MY NEW HOME AND THE QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS 110%. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KB HOME.
