Buying new home is a major milestone . it's important to enjoy the process and Celebrate each step along the way. Don't be afraid to ask questions from your agent as they answered all of my question regardless of time of day it was. they are super helpful and with you every step of the way. Overall, my home-buying experience was a positive one, and I'm so happy to finally be a in my new home.

Through the entire process we kept meeting people who had our best interests at heart. From sales, to design and construction, even the finance team worked hard to ensure we had the best outcome. We could not be happier with our home or the experience.

From the time I met with Harvey, the sales rep, to signing the closing documents, it was all a seamless experience with regular updates and the options we chose at the studio, KB Homes makes home buying experience easy and their builds are very high quality, as we had a KB Home before. I loved the simple and quick home buying process KB Homes has developed. I was quickly approved and in my new home within 6 months. That is from locating my lot to having a beautiful completed home all done and looking amazing.

THE ONLY ISSUE THAT I HAVE NOW IS THE SWITCH FIR THE GARBAGE SHOULD BE UNDER THE SINK FOR EASY RATHER THAN 3 FEET AWAY. IT JUST IS A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WAY TO HANDLE THE USE OF THE GARBAGE DISPOSABLE.

Everyone - sales agents, building supervisor, customer service rep - was extremely helpful. We had lots of questions and lots of special requests and these were all answered quickly and thoroughly.

Great experience. We moved from 3 miles away to this community. Our sales rep and home design rep were great to work with. Our superintendent we spent the most time with was easy to communicate with and adressed all the little details pointed out for fine tuning. I would recommend friends and family for sure.

Our first NEW home and we couldn’t be happier. The people at KB have been so helpful, friendly and welcoming. We love our new home and community!

We love our new KB home. KBs team did a fantastic job, from the beginning up to when we received our keys. They answered all of our questions and went out of their way to accommodate our appointments because we lived over an hour away. Our home is beautiful, we have not had any issues, I highly recommend KB and their agents when searching for your next home.
