The house is great and the quality is top notch. The only thing is the house needed a deep clean. There was paint and plaster all over the floors, countertops, pretty much all surfaces. The garage door is probably the loudest belt driven I’ve heard but am told that’s the best that can be done.

KB Homes is just not a home building company, it’s like a family. Everyone is so cooperative and ready to help all the time. Nothing is perfect in this world and KB Homes takes every opportunity to get better by fixing anything new homebuyer has concerns for. They are very prompt in fixing things immediately. Thomas, Elena, Jose are always ready to go extra mile to have great customer experience.

KB personal, the sales team and construction management, were all very professional and helpful. They gave me guidance on every step of the home buying process. The new house was delivered to me very timely and KB followed up with me several times to assure I knew how to manage the new home's various amenities.

The KB Teams were there to guide us through every step of the way. They were in constant communication with us and made the whole experience seem very personal, like we were their only customers.

As a first time homebuyer - the whole process with KB homes - Sage Valencia has been a hassle free and an excellent experience. Right from the very beginning of home sale and building process sales, finance and construction teams have been guiding us at every-stage. We were able to negotiate a deal and book our home in one of the initial phases just in a matter of a week without needing a buyer agent. Daniel has been of great help so has been the whole team - from finance to construction. It has been a wonderful journey with KB for us!!

My first experience purchasing a new home could not have gone smoother with the help of Wendy and KB. They are always there with answers with no matter what question I had whether it be big or small. After our move in, they were checking up on my wife and I and very responsive if we needed anything.

I had an amazing relationship with Brandon. He was very communicative through the whole process and even after I closed. He was patient with explaining everything. This was my first home so I asked multiple questions and even asked some of the same questions more than twice. He never got upset. He always made time to explain whether on phone or in person. Building a home can be super stressful but choosing a KB home has been one of the best choices we made. Q met and exceeded all expectations and kept us up to date and answered all questions we had during the building process. This is someone that cares beyond of his daily duties at work.

Mike (Realestate sales rep) and Donnie (superintendent) over at SageGlen LasVegas are phenomenal professionals who assisted I making the building process so seamless. We are very appreciative and fortunate to have had these gentlemen be part of our process; my wife and I enjoyed every step. We cannot thank them enough as well as KB as a whole. Thank you all for your shear dedication and commitment to establishing not just partnership but rather a meaningful relationalship with us. Very happy with our mew home!
