I have bought many properties in the past 30 years and this was the best experience. The most important issue is KB and their agents trustworthiness They were honest and ethical and always came through and followed up. That to me is the most important priority. On top of that the workmanship, value and the aid during this buying experience was superb. I told my friends and family to always check out KB Homes first as I trust them immensely

We have never owned a brand new house before. We went into this skeptical but excited as the experience is completely different from purchasing a pre owned house. And the fact that we were doing this mostly over the phone (we’re from another state) made it even more daunting. Everyone from the agents, design team and finance team down to the construction crew and supervisor were attentive and went above and beyond whenever there was a concern, issue or just the need to feel assured that all was going well. We would absolutely recommend KB Home to anyone looking to purchase a new build!!

The overall experience with KB was seamless. Victoria in Sales was the glue that held the transaction together. They were one of the ONLY builders in the area still allowing for customizations. I am pleased with the purchase, my experience as well as the communication from the entire team throughout the process.

From day one "Hello, Welcome" till "Congratulations! Your keys are ready for you!", it has been an exciting journey. We had the opportunity to pick our home location, home size, and wide options of upgrades to our desire. They were very friendly and professional and also reassure me of warranties for any imperfections. My second KB home and will Recommend to anyone!
