Good good good good good

Good communication skills along with a great knowledgeable sales staff and construction supervisors.

I would recommend KB home to any buyers looking to purchase a new home. John with sales is one of the best new home's agents in the business. Kb home warranty does a great job taking care of customers after closing and truly goes above and beyond, Chad has helped us out tremendously. Keep up the good work. Please note I used an outside lender for my transaction.

Minnie was very helpful to us and provided outstanding service to us. She wouldn't hesitate to reach out or answer any questions that we had.

I can't stress enough how happy I am with my experience. The team from Betsy, to Andrew, to Christian to Jose were all super helpful. 2 months after the close of my escrow they continue to check up on me, amazing customer service.

Larry was very helpful and gave us lots of information as we got started and George has been super helpful as we get settled in.

Purchasing my first home with KB Home was an excellent idea and one that I am so glad I made. My parents have had 5 homes built from the ground up and my brother and his wife have had 2 homes built, but they have said numerous times that their experiences were nothing like mine with KB Home. The biggest difference was the communication I had with the team of individuals working for KB Home and assisting me throughout the process. Jackie, Paul, Desiree, Jake, Victoria, and Shelbi were so helpful and consistent in communicating with me weekly. If questions arose, I could easily text or email them and they were quick in responding. Even after purchasing my home and moving in, I still am in contact with Jackie, Jake, and Shelbi - they have become like family, patient with me and answering questions along the way. Everyone in my team from Greg in sales, Phillip and Nathan (project managers) and Annie at the design studio were wonderful! They were always willing to answer questions and walk us through every facet of the process.

Rodregus was a terrific part of our purchasing experience. He went above and beyond to ensure my family was able to purchase and move in to our second KB home parallel to the sale of our first KB home. Stacy was a wonderful superintendent to work with. She kept my family and I regularly updated with photos and texts of the progress of our home. She was excellent with addressing issues and questions we had quickly.

I had the best home buying experience with KB. Vanessa the sales rep, David in design, Larry the supervisor and Jerry his right hand were all incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Positive over all. Some finish ups (spots of paints on the laminate floors, doors were a little sub-standard). However, everything else is great. Cody, the sales person, goes above and beyond to answer all my questions in a timely manner! Both Erik's were great - when completing the walk throughs.
