Now that we have moved into the home there were some discrepancies that needed attention. KB Homes construction manager and customer service responded immediately. We feel blessed to have such caring people on our side to make our home complete.

Tony and Neal went out of their way to assist us on several occasions. KB is lucky to have them in bossed.

To start, I considered other builders in the Winchester California area. The value proposition was low. For instance, there were very limited, if any, customization options. KB has a full design studio and I made the house in my style. Upgrade prices are reasonable. My sales consultant Olga stood by me from day one until closing. She provided regular updates and photos. She was always available to take my calls. The quality of the home is exceptional and the craftsmanship second to none. CJ is the post closing person who is available to answer questions.
