Buying a home in general can seem so scary, but with KB this whole process from Signing my contract, to designing my home, to closing is definitely an experience within itself. Great experience with the sales and orientation.

Everyone was exceptional. Sales-John, Project Manager Robert and George, Finance- Stephanie and Ruth, Design-Jonathan, Warranty-Billy. My apologies if I missed one, but everyone that I came in contact with was very professional and knowledgeable.

Tony the Sale Manager was helping with clarity on the details. Construction Manager Lorenzo is very nice and helpful in getting the issues resolved ahead.

Straight forward. The process was quick and easy.

The entire KB Team took my worries away from day 1 I stepped into their office to ask questions. They are the best people you can work with. They are reliable, honest and easy to work with.

I could not have asked for a better experience with KB Home as we went through the process of building our first new construction home. Everyone was outstanding at providing the best customer service possible. They were very thorough in their communication and follow ups and all the details that came with each step. Our first experience was with the KB Home representative, Marc, who showed us all the model homes and explained all the offerings. His enthusiasm, transparency, and service definitely made us feel confident in our decision to sign. After signing we were put in contact with multiple people throughout each step which surprisingly provided the same level of attention, service, and communication.
