Very good builder.The house is very nice.

This is my first home purchase with my husband and it was very easy. We loved working with the sales and construction team. They were all so helpful and professional. They explained everything in detail and we never felt overwhelmed. The loans department was a bit more of a challenge. Our close date was pushed out a week because they had their numbers incorrect however my husband caught all the inconsistencies and we were able to get everything squared away. The home and construction team is awesome. However we do not recommend using the KB home finance it was a constant roller coaster. Work from home does not work. This was the 4th home we’ve bought using VA and this was by far the most difficult process because of the finance department. Everything else was awesome! So glad they finally got it together so we can enjoy our beautiful home.

From the first day I met Philip May salt it to the last day we closed, what can I say. Philip always answered present to me at anytime even when he was resting at his gym. Jaime goss an extraordinary woman who was able to answer all my questions even when she was also resting. So Zack what to say. Always present at the slightest house concern to the point of coming to do the job sometimes and checking that everything has been done by the technicians. KBHOME i would always recommend and deal with them again and again

We love our new home! Kyle was very helpful in the sales and closing process and has continued to answer questions post-closing. Carlton explained our warranty with great detail and enthusiasm and seems extremely reliable. Troy has been a champ in helping us deal with some issues post-closing, and we are grateful for all his help in getting us settled in our new home.

From the moment I stepped into the sales office to look at the models I was met with great customer service. Lane was knowledgeable and had answers immediately for all my questions. He was consistently communicating with me every step of the way. Every person in the KB Home fields that I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been informative and friendly. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to look at KB Homes.

My entire process was from start to finish was remarkable. There was excellent communication from KBHomes to me from the initial purchase to my final move-in. The quality of this home is top notch especially when you factor in the great price I paid. All of my questions were answered promptly by all of the teams. With all of the options that you have to choose from, I would highly recommend KBHomes.

The experience was great. The builder was communicative and attentive to our needs.

I fell in love with my crew, from Michelle, Vicki, Scott, and the Construction manager, Gill. They all were and have been phenomenal. Every question answered with the quickness you'd expect from the world's best home builder. My first KB Home was built in 2001, and this one in 2023. I am so pleased with KB and their home designs. I wish everyone could own a KB Home.

After getting over a few hurdles, I would highly recommend KB homes to any future home owner. They have worked hard as a team to deliver good customer service and satisfaction. Ryan did an amazing job! He is professional, well balanced and he worked with me until the very end. You will not go wrong working with Ryan.. They all worked together to make it happen in a timely manner.

The process was fairly easy, I have no complains as all my questions had been answered in a professional and timely manner!

The sales team and construction team were always very helpful and patient throughout the process. They did the best they could. Post move in has been a somewhat difference experience. I am not getting any help from warranty on my breaker and range tripping. It’s not solely an appliance problem. The required GFCI breakers are not compatible with the basic range I purchased for my home. I think quality assurance fell through there. A propose solution would be to request a city ex emotion to change the breakers or provide us with ranges that are compatible with the breaker. The whole team performed with a customer centered focus. From the sales contract to final closing an emphasis was placed on supporting my decisions. The team made frequent contact with me during each phase of construction. All questions were answered and the time-frames conveyed to me were accurate.

The selection and purchase process was very professional. The communication was great and I very happy with my home.
