It would have been nice to be given a few more options. Like hurricane windows, solar panels, mirrored closet doors, vanity in Master bath, chrome vs. nickel finish in bathrooms/kitchen.

If you try to clean a spot on the wall, the paper thin paint comes right off. Base board in M-BR has cracked.

Endless issues we had with eagle home mortgage

The local sales person helped in every way that she could. The middle management of the sales department sold our house out from under us with no warning even though we had sold our house, put $10,000 down and were 6 weeks before their closing date. We had to find housing and spent 4 months waiting for another house to be built.

Overall experience was good. Drywall finish is not, it’s terrible. I understand the builder has deleted the sliding glass door in the master bedroom which is great improvement that we would have liked. Makes good floorplan even better by creating needed wall space. Gateway location is convenient and up and coming.

We received the house late but when we did the inspection of the house everything was in good conditions and the points to be resolved were informed and were well attended. The customer service team is very efficient and our salesperson very committed

Bidding process was a bit insane and feel like it is making purchasing a home in FL a challenge. Overall, we didn't get many updates from the sales person or CM during the build process. We were lucky enough to be in FL already and were able to go to the site weekly to inspect. Many issues called out during the build process were not addressed and/or fixed. Our punchlist during walk thru was huge and they did as much as possible before move in, but had a good chunk to work thru after we moved in. The Warranty team was very responsive and worked to quickly address our issues.

Very professional. we bought during a difficult period of the Pandemic when supply chains were strained. Lennar did a good job managing expectations.

Need more options when purchasing a new home! Now we have to get an arc on everything we want changed!

Post closing warranty issues are/have been difficult to have resolved.

IT STARTED OUT AS AN EXCITING EXPERIENCE TO LOOK FORWARD TOO. LENNAR HAD A GOOD REPUTATION BACK IN THE DAY.BOUGHT VILLA ON LAKE WITH A LARGER LOT FOR THE PURPOSE TO PUT UP SMALL FENCE FOR MY TINY ELDERLY DOG. TURNS OUT HOA WOULD NOT ALLOW ANY PLANS FENCE COMPANY SUBMITTED BECAUSE OF HOA SET BACKS (NOT CITY), THEN UNDERGROUND UTILITIES WERE USED UNDER THAT EXTRA 3 FEET OF PROPERTY I BOUGHT INSTEAD OF SOMEWHERE ELSE MAKING THE SIDE YARD NOT USEABLE. I DID CHECK WITH CITY BEFORE I PURCHASED AND THEY LOOKED UP PROPERTY AND TOLD ME I HAD ENOUGH ROOM TO MEET REQUIREMENTS…THAT A SMALL LAKE IS NO REASON TO PUT A BIG SET BACK BY HOA ON A VILLA BUT THEY HAD NO CONTROL OF THEIR REASONING. BOTTOM LINE IS SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY FOR NOTHING. SECONDLY SO MUCH TURNOVER AND CONFUSION ON WHO IS FIXING WHAT UNTIL. SOME TRADESMAN YOU SEND ARE GOOD AND OTHERS TERRIBLE. MY KITCHEN CABINET STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED PROPERLY GOING ON 3 MONTHS. ONE TRADES MAN HAD THE RIGHT IDEA BUT DID A LESS THAN PAR JOB. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THE ENTIRE CABINET HAS TO BE REPLACED (WHICH I WAS TOLD MONTHS AGO) WHICH REQUIRED BACKLOG OF ORDERING AND THEY CAN’T ORDER TOP PIECE AT SAME TIME BECAUSE OF THE “UNKNOWN” IF NEEDED. SURELY YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT CABINET CARPENTER THAT CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT! WHEN I CALL NOBODY KNOWS. I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF SO I CAN MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE OF HAVING PEOPLE COME IN HERE TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS OUT THAT DON’T WORK. Delivered a quality product at a fair price. Missed the estimated completion date by 3 months but Covid 19 issues more responsible for that than builder.

Solving issues was done very well. Carlos and Rob were very helpful !

Great people and service . quality good BUT. No follow up on my issues post moving in 1. External house paint peeling off . 2. Light fixtures fell out of ceiling in bathroom 3. Patio light broken 4. Very high closing costs compared to FL guide lines and other sellers Thanks for letting me give feed back for the third time . Twice on a tele calls and now here . But no one responds lol .

My home included a lot of stuff that in other communities are expensive upgrades. Very happy with my new home.

Lennar does some things very well. Others...not so much. The attention to detail in our house was poor. Incomplete items (no power ot the ignitor in the outdoor kitchen), missing downspout, Bathroom light badly off center, missing screw on switch nameplate. Not huge things, but a lot of them. This is just a sampling. We also came from a custom home builder in Pennsylvania who builds a VERY high quality house. They only build about 6 houses a year. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Having said that....we got A LOT of house for the price. We love the neighborhood ambience. The landscaping. The layout. The lakes. Beautiful home. A lot of issues more related to the contractors than the builder

Overall quality good. More punch list items than expected, most minor, however one is considerable, will require cutting up master shower tile floor to pitch draining correctly, pitch off more than an inch from one end to the other. In 2013. I also had a new home built by Lennar, quality and responsiveness was better. That experience in 2013 was what lead me to stay with Lennar. The current sale rep, Moe Lee is excellent and very responsive. The mortgage team was fantastic. The only area of concern was with the overall quality of the contractor workmanship. I am currently going through the warranty process, if this goes flawlessly, it will make the quality issue more of an inconvenience as opposed to a major issue. ... More

High-quality homes available at resort-like Bonita National in Bonita Springs, Florida. This residential community boasts a wonderful location and beautiful homes constructed by a builder (Lennar) with a stellar reputation.

Good quality home for price but HOA people never get back to you if you email a question. They can be very rude.
