Great experience with their team from sales to walkthrough and warranty work that need to be done.

Brought an issue in the master bath to their attention. We are in the middle of the repair process, but feel confident this will be completed quickly to our satisfaction.

We were very happy with our 4 bedroom Lennar home in Trail’s Edge. So far so good. The seller agent Shawn was great and the construction manager Ryan was very responsive. The punch list was short which was excellent. We are comfortable if something comes up, customer care will work with us to resolve it. Overall very happy.

We have enjoyed our experience with Lennar as positive and exceptional workmanship. Everyone we encountered has been pleasant and responsive.

Our experience working directly with Lennar was great from the start. Joseph, our sales rep, was helpful in guiding us to what model we went with, the bidding process, and keeping us updated throughout the process. Justin our construction manager was very thorough with the construction. I felt like it was very quality craftsmanship throughout the home! We haven’t had any major issues to work through and everything worked as expected. The smart home system can be a bit overwhelming but now that we are settled in, everything is working great! The community is unlike any other, amazing!

My husband is a builder but we were relocating from a different area so we had to get someone else to build our new home. We found a great neighborhood that fit all of our needs built be Lennar. We made an offer which was accepted and the process began. We didn’t really have high expectations since this is a track house and Lennar is a mass production builder but we were pleasantly surprised. During construction, we received update photos on the construction. My husband also had the opportunity to walk the job twice during construction (don’t think we were supposed to do that) and found nothing that alarmed him. From the first moment we met Dan at the Lennar office, he was engaging, helpful, and thorough. He answered all of our questions and kept us up to date on the progress of our new home. He remained involved and steadfast until the very day of our closing.

No out of state home buying experience is easy. We purchased this home site unseen. It worked out for us due to the trustworthiness of our salesmen. Mark provided regular honest updates. So far Lennar has been responsive with warranty issues and have followed up. I would definitely recommend this builder to my friends and family!
