I have never had such an easy buying experience from beginning to end

Professional, courtesy, efficient from every aspect And a good bang for the buck

From our first meeting with our home sales agent, we were comforted, had all our questions answered, and felt like they trusted the quality of their homes and knew we would be happy with them. The construction manager during our home orientation had a very keen eye for detail and did not accept anything less than perfect. Our realtor was even surprise by how much time we spent at the orientation making sure everything was perfect and making sure we knew everything about the house (water shut off, electrical panel, etc...) Home quality is very good and delivery of the home was on time. Very professional process and no issues at all.

From start to finish the experience we have had with Lennar has been great both with the sales team and construction. When we visited in June Todd did a great job providing the information we were looking for and resulted in us deciding to build a home in TAMMs Farm. Don was very informative through out the building process providing us updates on the home, Edgar did a great job on the final walk and making sure all last minutes fixes on the house were done, and Steve has been great assisting with any questions we have had about the home once moving. In the future would use Lennar again!

Lennar made our home buying experience easy! After a long and frustrating search for a home we decided to check out the Meadows of West Bay. Michelle was welcoming and allowed us to see all the models available, even though we showed up without an appointment. We fell in love and bought our first home. No more putting in offers and being outbid or finding issues during home inspection like our previous home searches!
