Loved the experience of being a first time home buyer

I was out of state & my purchase & closing went smoothly.

Buying experience was easier than I could have imagined and all issues we found were resolved very quickly.

I already experienced a new home before but this one was so much easier. Everything is done for you but the cooking. Wouldn’t that be nice! If something needs fixing, they are on it. I love my new home. Thank you

My process was little stressful at first due to being a first time buyer. I am very excited that they got me a lower apr rate than my other lenders. The process with everyone was very helpful and great. They all worked hard to help me with my first home!! I am excited to be a new homeowner and live in a great area.

I heard that buying a house was a stressful process but, with Lennar it was easy and I was in good hands since the first day, Mrs. De Luna helped us to choose the house we wanted, my lender officer Kim and her team were outstanding and always available for any questions or concerns. Mr. Wes always had the information we needed. Our closing date was less than a month since we saw the first house. The best buying experience! They take care of the closing costs, insurance, etc., even when we went to USPS they were waiting for me with the mail box keys. I definitely recommend Lennar for first time homebuyers. ... More

My lot is at least 3 times bigger than my previous home in Moval. Huge house and silent area. No noise or trouble. No problems with the house. Best value compared to other builders.

Lennar made it a quick process with knowledgeable, friendly staff and great communication all throughout.

The home quality is exceptional. The overall planning of the community is terrific and the Clubhouse experience equals that of a resort. All but one item on the home inspection punch list were correted before move in. The last item is scheduled. Thanks Lennar!

From our first meeting with our home sales agent, we were comforted, had all our questions answered, and felt like they trusted the quality of their homes and knew we would be happy with them. The construction manager during our home orientation had a very keen eye for detail and did not accept anything less than perfect. Our realtor was even surprise by how much time we spent at the orientation making sure everything was perfect and making sure we knew everything about the house (water shut off, electrical panel, etc...)
